In today's episode, I'm talking all about vulnerability online and how to show up online authentically.
When you want to be vulnerable online, ask yourself:
How often are you checking?
How does it make you feel?
What's the quality of the people you're following?
You have to decide WHY you want to show up, WHO you want to be online, and if it's inline with your own real life OFFLINE.
In today's episode, I talk about the 7 types of people you need to have a healthy support system. Impact Theory Clip: https://www.facebook.com/tombilyeu/videos/fake-friends-vanessa-van-edwards-on-impact-theory/1435444633235828/
In today’s episode, I dive into the idea that hard work, isn’t always the best work. And that walking in your calling should feel a little bit more like a video game and less like looking forward to Friday. I answer the question: What makes work hard, and what makes work good? Today, Lilah dives into boundaries, what it means to say yes and no to the things that move your towards your goals. She dives into setting boundaries, saying yes to your priorities, and deciding what you want your default answer to be.
"Imposter Syndrome effects us all and keeps us stuck. The root of it is fear."
Lilah shares her ways to battle Imposter Syndrome in her own life and how to implement into your lives.
She asked the question, "Can you get quiet in a room, by yourself, without your phone, in a moment of peace and BE OKAY + feel worthy of that moment?"
And challenges you to get unstuck from the fear of being a fraud.
Don't be stuck isn't about getting at the answers in your life. This isn't about changing your circumstances - but about how you perceive life and the lens you have on how you choose to show up in the world.
