The vaccine is rolling out slower than hoped in many areas and with our advice to stay closed until minimally your staff are vaccinated, it's gonna be a while still.  So I wanted to offer you an activity!  Your organization can take advantage of this, your staff individually, or pass it on to your clients.  We are calling it the D-O-C and it's a personal favorite of mine.

What a year it has been!  We'll have one more episode in 2020 after this, but I do want to reflect on this year with the lens of how your staff has been feeling, and what you can do to increase morale.

As the end of the year draws closer, we are likely having some tough conversations with our board of directors about finances, program impact, staff morale, and overall agency health. It's easy to share the good news, harder to share bad news.  Covid aside, it's often difficult to know exactly what the board wants to know and how they want to learn about it.  I'll touch on this and more.  See you inside!
