Walk Run Soar, Episode 2 - Interview with John Volkman
Walk Run Soar, Episode 2 - Interview with John Volkman
Walk Run Soar is a podcast about the intersection of faith and running. We help runners and walkers who lack purpose with their exercise routine (or lack of routine) and long to experience God in a more meaningful way while they walk or run. We are here to run with you, to pace you, and to inspire you with weekly devotionals, scripture, interviews with Christian runners and walkers, and quick coaching tips. Shawn is a marathon and triathlete coach, as well as a 6-time Ironman. Dorina is an avid mommy runner, Track & Field Coach, and published author. In this episode, we interview each other and unfold the story behind Walk Run Soar and our relationship. In about the time it will take you to get in a short run or walk, we hope to encourage you to walk, run, and soar with Jesus every step of the way! Join us!  In this episode, we interview the Marathon Man John Volkman, who has run a marathon in all 50 states and the Canadian provinces! No joke! He also has trained thousands of runners getting many from the couch to the marathon finish line - and many to the elusive Boston Marathon.
