Usually one can think that disconnection is not a feeling. But when we are open to stay connected to the disconnection that we can explore some more feelings like: being frozen, feeling stiff and get to know more of our range in the rainbow of feelings and emotions.  

Disconnection has everything to do with trauma. Its a survival mechanism that help us to go through challenging experiences.  

Getting to know the disconnection is an important step in the Healing Journey.

How can we be open to the unknown while making love? 

Is it possible to feel a new passion in a long term relationship with the same partner?   

Emotional Healing is a process of constant evolution toward a fuller and greater expression of who we really are.

The study of conscious Sexual expression is a journey of love composed of three central experiential layers – the physical sexual experience, the emotional sexual experience and the spiritual sexual experience.

Emotional Healing allows us to become closer to each other through emotional expressions such as caring, listening, tenderness and affection. When emotional bonding saturates our sexual expanse, we tend to experience deep and gentle sexual pleasure; it enables the merger of hearts and bodies.

Our senses are the gate to the worlds. 

When we develop conscious sensuality we become more tunes to the satellites of life - looking at a flower, listening to rain and being able to be present in a crowded space and still hear our inner voice, our inner guidance that is free of all senses.

The similarity between the Vocal cords and the feminine vagina is mind blowing! Did you see that?

There are many connections between the sexual system and the vocal system - physically, energetically and spiritually.

As a healer I like to explore that connection and I find that allowing ourselves to practice openness and expression of our feelings not only in words but also in vocals - allows us to be more authentic and tuned in the sexual intercourse.

Nudity is a taboo for most of the human cloture today.

For me it is strange and interesting that as a society we are so afraid of the nude body and we look at nudity usually in a sexual context.

In my understanding nudity is pure, simple and natural. When we allow ourselves to discover the gifts of being nude we expand the options of seeing the body not only as sexual but also as it is - simple and pure. It allows us to feel more comfortable in the body, loving it, accepting it as it is.

Our physical body is our main gate to connect to everything. Through the body we feel, we sense, we cry, we laugh, we orgasm - We live.

When we deepen our connection to the body we can open to new unconscious layers of our being. There we can find a deeper connection to our emotions, our intuition and the silence that is beneath everything.

The more we learn and practice connection to the body - The more we learn about ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The most significant challenge we are facing in this time and age of intimate relationships, is the agreement to accept such relationships as a personal, emotional and spiritual fields of development. In this sense, the emotional, erotic and sexual closeness are interwoven together, thus made into a unique, unified whole.

Many words have been written about meditation.

For me meditation is a question I can contemplate with.

I cannot really describe her - but I can keep asking and every time open to a new level of understanding myself.

The ground is our ancestor. She is the mother of all, she nourishes us, she feeds us and she allows us to feel grounded and held when we focus our energy to the direct connection we have to her.

Breathing is the first thing that happens to us when we come to the world.

Breathing is the last thing that happens through us when we leave the world.

When we breathe consciously - we are connected to the source of life.

The more we are connected to the source of life - the more we are in alignment with our soul and our purpose in life.

Eye gazing is one of the most profound energetic touches we can share with one another or with ourselves.

It allows us to open to the delicate layers of our spiritual being and to feel closer to one another. Try that!

Do you touch yourself in a nourishing way? Do you allow yourself to ask for a loving touch from your loved ones?

Conscious touch starts with us getting to know our body gently, softly without a sexual context, just opening to intimate encounter with the body.

Nature is the space where life is happening naturally.

Meditation with nature allows us to remember we are part of it and through simply sitting in nature we can reconnect to our soul, our healthy body and our free spirit.

The question what is the better structure for a relationship to work is very common these days. I feel the more we allow ourselves to ask about monogamy and polyamory - the more we understand every person should be tuned to him / her self in a specific moment in time. In my understanding there is no "one truth" for everyone but there is my truth for now.

I gave that talk in the Findhorn Community in Scotland. 

I have been contemplating love since my early childhood, seeking to understand what it is that forms ties among individuals, what enables closeness and caring in us, what makes us compassionate and attentive.

The Conscious Sexuality approach is crafted from a set of exercises, proficiencies and practical insights and understandings, whose joint purpose is to enable whoever is apt for it, to delve deeper into intimacy and experience growing levels of sensuality, pleasure and heart’s expansion. The method’s formation has been fashioned using varied methods of therapy, including, sexology, psychology, tantra, coaching and meditation.
