What is compound interest and why is it so important to not only understand in terms of growing your wealth but in gains in the gym. In this episode I'll break down: What compound interest is How it can work for you and against you in terms of money Why it matters in your approach to fitness and how strength compounds over time What to look for when opening an account. *Also I misspoke or did the math wrong in my head in regards to how many workouts you will get in over the course of a year if you workout 2x a week. It should be 104 NOT 148. Proving you can suck at math and still be good with money.
