Doubled Feature

By Doubled Feature
Twin Films (noun)
Films with the same, or very similar, plot produced or released at the same time by two different film studios.

Doubled Feature is a movie podcast dedicated to exploring and documenting this strange phenomenon. Host's Dan and Max discuss the film's plots, casts, and any striking similarities there in. We arn't here to tell you which one is better, though one often is, we are just here to share a love for film and maybe have a few laughs along the way.

In Cold Marc - Capote/Infamous
The D-Feech is joined this week by Marc Davis, co-host of the Know Nonsense Trivia podcast, real life trivia quizmaster, and drummer extraordinaire. Truly a man of many hats. We looked at each other and said "You know what kid? We're ready to roll the dice and get a little risky. You got your shot don't fuck it up" and boy howdy did he deliver. This week we have 2005s Capote and 2006s Infamous. Two films about Truman Capote and his time writing his true crime novel "In Cold Blood". Capote(2005) Directed by Bennet Miller. Great Balls of Gum(and Cannon) - Cannonball/The Gumball Rally

Which film has one line guest roles from Sylvester Stallone and Marty Scorsese. Cannonball!(1976) Directed by Paul Bartel.
