Why You Need A Printed Workout Calendar To Stay Consistent
Printed workout calendars are an absolute life savor for me. I highly recommend those completing home workout programs to print one off, put it near your workout space on a clipboard (cute is more fun) and x off each workout with a sharpie to show yourself you're making progress.

By understanding Alzheimer’s, we can make moves like having a fitness routine and getting high-quality sleep to decrease our risk for Alzheimer's. There is so much more to this wonderful book, that I highly recommend reading it for yourself & gifting it to a family member if they're worried about memory loss (like forgetting the name of an actor in a random movie no one actually cares about).

The Self-Grace Method: Using Questions To Decrease Your Internal Resistance
I'm one of those push-push-push girls who is super hard on herself. What I've found though, is that being self-critical doesn't actually work all that well, it just burns you out. To actually be able to TAKE THE ACTION you need to take, in order to do the things you want to do -- you need a whole lot more self-forgiveness and self-grace than self-critiquing.
