Small No More with Dr. Liz DuBois
By Dr. Liz DuBois
I've spent the last decade traveling the globe talking to women facing different types of trauma. I come to believe that no matter what it is that we're experiencing, we are all playing it small.
This podcast is my rallying cry for us to step into our power and stop living within the bounds of what society deems acceptable. You'll hear practical advice to step into your power and unapologetically live your purpose.
This is my invitation to YOU to be small, no more.

The Spare Me Your Thanks and Go Put on Your Fucking Mask Manifesto
My guest this week has asked to remain anonymous. Why?
Because she's scared of the blowback that might come from what she has to say.
She's a health care worker. And for the past few months, she's grown increasingly angry with "thank you for your service" messages health care workers are getting...
...not because she doesn't appreciate the thanks, but because it feels like very empty lip service.
We're eager to get back to normal, which I really get (and am guilty of), but some health care workers are being asked by their employers to bite their tongues as they watch us blithely ignore safety recommendations and rising numbers.
If you are grateful for the people working on the front lines, do them the service of listening to what some of them are experiencing.
EVERYONE needs to hear this.
Please. Do more than pay lip service to the people working to keep us safe.
Listen to what they have to say.
They didn't ask to risk their lives when they went into the health care field, but that is exactly what they are doing.
For you. For your family.
Pay them the respect they deserve by doing more than saying "thanks."
Hit play and then spread the word.
The Live Life On Purpose Manifesto
One of the people that has helped me turn down the volume on my own self-doubt and self-recrimination is health and mindset coach Sarah Kroger, creator and host of The Purpose Project podcast.
Despite approaching faith from very different angles, both Sarah and I have transformed our lives by tapping into the belief that we are on this planet for a purpose. We are not meant to bob along meaninglessly through our days, or--- worse--- shuffle through life accompanied by crushing self-doubt and self-hate.
Sarah and I talk about the practical, action-oriented steps we've taken to go from our "Before" to "After"...acknowledging that a lot of our happiness and success is rooted in finding peace with being a work ever in progress. We talk about how mindset and faith have carried us through marriage, miscarriage, motherhood and many struggles with our inner monologue mean girls.

The (Self)Love and Money Manifesto
Good women don’t inconvenience people. They don’t impose on others.
Good women eat the cold chicken fingers left over from their kids’ plates, don’t speak up in bed, and work hard to save relationships with people who trample on their boundaries.
What the hell does any of this have to do with your relationship with money? EVERYTHING.
In this episode, high-ticket sales coach Paloma Lev joins me to talk about the connection between our worth and our wallets. We dig into the family relationships, societal messaging, and self-talk hangups that keep us small when it comes to making money, and come to the conclusion that the only way to step into your worth is to do the vulnerable work of addressing shame, pain, and fear so that we can start to live fully in our purpose.

The Owning Our Stories Manifesto
Author and Momlenials Founder Gicela Tangarife lights up this inaugural episode with a call to action for all of us to get curious about our pain points, and become radically honest with ourselves so we can start to own our stories. Her practical advise on how to shed whatever is no longer serving you holds so many gems of wisdom for how to step into your purpose and start living without apology as your most authentic self.
