Public Health professionals are often not understood and may even go unnoticed. However, we are battling a major disruption that is threatening our way of life as well as the health and safety of our population. COVID-19 is the pandemic we are currently dealing with in 2020 and I am sure most people didn’t see this challenge coming. The vast areas of public health professionals have answered the call of duty and are providing their services with a heightened sense of compassion and love. This spotlight is on the professionals and also an opportunity to inspire everyone. Keep doing what you are doing. Everyone plays a role in public health and everyone makes a difference.

Season 2 Episode 1 - I'm Back
Thank you for your support. I look forward to continuing our relationship. I took some time off after completing my degree in February 2018 and officially walking across the stage of success in July 2018. I so needed a break to recharge and recuperate from almost 9 years of graduate school and working a full-time, demanding job. Self care is very important.
Now that I am back from the much needed hiatus, I am ready to close out 2019 strong and make 2020 our best year ever. I look forward to receiving feedback on the shows and assisting each of you on your health and wellness journey.
