We rely on habits and routines to give our thoughts and behaviors structure. What should we do when that structure is disrupted? The stress response is triggered by three different criteria and leads to anxiety and depression.  When something is: unpredictable uncontrollable sustained or chronic The situation we find ourselves in now unfortunately checks all those boxes and it's not just affecting us individually but as a nation. This leaves little room if any for escape, it's everywhere 24/7.  For this reason alone we need to find some control.

Today we'll talk a bit about viruses in general, and demystify them and we'll discuss  a little about the specifics of the coronavirus and we're going to keep doing what we do.  Educate, evaluate and discuss overlooked ways to maintain and regain our health in the face of adversity. I was thinking about it over the weekend and this is the perfect time to block out (or try to limit) the chaotic noise and refocus on what truly is important which is our health, our families health and support for our community.  When you live regret free you don't have to worry.  Be proactive and be calm.
