My goal with this interview series is to create a safe space to collectively share our stories and offer ideas for maintaining mental health and finding the silver lining in light of this health crisis.

Please note that this interview is for informational purposes only and is not considered medical advice. Please consult your own provider for any issues you may be facing and if you are in crisis please call 911 or call your local emergency services.
