Heather Mills was a class action civil rights attorney for almost 10 years until she became exhausted, disillusioned and burned out. She was grappling with the big questions, like "Is this all there is? Who am I? Is this what I was meant to do? What's my purpose?

She left the practice of law without a plan, but knowing she couldn't sustain this way of life because of the toll it had already taken on her emotional and physical health. 

She took time to travel throughout Asia for the next 5 months by myself on a sort of Eat, Pray, Love adventure.

Heather Mills is now a life coach. She helps women overcome burnout and relight the fire within themselves. By rewiring the beliefs that lead to burnout, she helps you love your life again.

My guest today is Tania Vasallo was born to a Spanish father, an American mother and was raised in Spain. She found herself constantly in search of freedom from a patriarchal society.  Her biggest breakthrough came when she realized that even though she was a super independent ambitious woman she was still following the beliefs she acquired growing up. “You become a caretaker and you will be taken care of financially by your husband, father, brother or uncle.” In summary: Do what I say and you will have a man as your financial plan. She realized that she was always falling on the safety and security of the men in her life to take care of her.

It wasn’t until I DECIDED that I was capable, that I could do this, that I could learn about numbers, about finances, about investments that I could create the freedom in my life that I was longing for so much.

She now specializes in transforming a mindset of lack to a mindset of abundance and prosperity in her coaching.

Vera Marques, she grew up in Portugal and was an imaginative kid.  She went to a university in Lisbon and became a dentist.  She chose this profession because she loves working with her hands and she likes to help people. She moved to the UK to practice dentistry. She later found herself disenchanted with her career. She went into psychotherapy for and because of her own pain and when her father passed away in 2020, profound depression ensued.  Apart from getting help from a doctor and a therapist she found help in a group for dentists.  The group is led by a Dentist Career Coach Dr. Laura Brenner.  Now Vera’s pain is now becoming her new passion.
