The REAL Crime of Inequity
Unimaginable crimes against Humanity were committed by the Western countries on peoples of Africa and Asia.  People from the entire continent of Africa, India, and China were taken as slaves to the British isles and elsewhere as cheap, nay free labor.  While the world recognizes the crimes against the Africans and Blacks, those committed against the Indians are negated.  Actually, the Indians who even dare to speak up are gaslighted.  Why?!

यह नव वर्ष हमें स्वीकार नहीं
This is a poem by Ramdhari Singh Dinkar on why the Gregorian New year is not acceptable to us - with a heritage of more glorious concept of a new year.

Biden's Hyenas
The cabinet that has been put together by Joe Biden is full of interventionists who have a history of attacking other countries and leaving a trail of death and destruction.  They are coming back together again.  What they leave behind will be something to see.  Please check out more details in our newsletter - #Issue 206 Snakepit of Interventionists - Also subscribe to our newsletter.

The Pregnant Elephant and the Tasty Giraffe
An elephant was killed in Kerala after she was fed a pineapple with crackers.  She stood in the river Velliyar and collapsed after 3 days.  She was pregnant.  Society creates a crime.  Criminal merely executes it.   An attempt to making sense out of it.   You can read more about such things in our newsletter -  Also, see past episodes -

Why was Amir Khusrau so mad at Alauddin Khilji?
Amir Khusrau was a contemporary and a friend of Alauddin Khilji.  He wrote a chronicle titled "Khaza inul Futuh" (Treasure / Booty of War).  From that book and another of Khusrau's book called Ashiqa, a new Khusrau comes forth.  One, that our so-called historians, intellectuals, and poets never talked about.  Let us meet that Amir Khusrau based on his own words!  For more details, read about him here. #AmirKhusrau #AlauddinKhilji

शून्य में सृजन - Shoonya mein Srijan

Sheikhupura and Shaheen Bagh ka kissa
It was August of 1947, when Dina nath took his family and ran to save his life. And when he stopped at his friend's place, despite his assurances, he had to take permission to get his own glass from his wife.  That "permission" given to a dead body of a Hindu man in Shaheen Bagh brought back those memories of my Grandpa and Mom's experience.

Genocide, Facts, Schindler's List and Shikara
There is a time and place for imaginative even ideological creativity devoid of facts and for in your face, honest, factual portrayal.  When you are talking of genocide, you cannot belittle it by creating a love story out of it.  Schindler's list was honest enough to portray a genocide the way it was.  Not how it should be forgotten now.  Let us look at ourselves.  Deeply.

Kab kaun kise maar de yahan Kafir keh kar
What is happening in India right now is a normalization of Islamic-leftist Supremacism.  Everything by anyone on that bandwagon is justified and everything that anyone else - whom they do not approve - does is unjustified and a threat to society.  I am wondering in this poem at where do those who say they are close really stand?  Such is the brain-washing by this dubious ideological virus.

The Going price of our Conscience
When tales of human suffering are told, they need to be done within a certain sphere of grace, humility and reverence. The teller of the tale, the writer and the portrayal cannot be larger than the suffering. If the primacy and the centrality of suffering is compromised even some, it becomes a mockery. Worse than the original crime.  Now listen. You can read it here -

The REAL Story of Why India Got its Independence
So many myths and so many heroes have been constructed.  One such was Gandhi and the story that India achieved independence because of his work.  The reality was FAR from it.  The real story was something totally different.  And, one of the villains of that story, actually happens to be Gandhi himself.  Let us go sneak back into that time from 1946 onwards and see what and who pushed the British out of India? You can also read about it on our blog - How India got its Independence - the Real Story

Yugbodh ka Hastakshar (Signature of the Epoch)
This is a poem in Hindi, which shares the determination of one to stand in the way of darkness.  Challenging it with the lamp of his knowing.  Ensuring it cannot win. PS: Despite my best effort, the poet's name remains elusive.  If anyone finds out, please let me know.

Should the Indian Government Invite Rohingyas into India?
Every thing and every situation has a context.  When some people, no doubt propelled with good intentions, talk about "persecuted Rohingyas" and demand that they be invited and settled in India, they do so without context.  Let us look at this question in context of the facts.
