Episode 15: Epigenetics, simplified
Your genes are not your destiny.  I am all about helping you remember how powerful you are, and if you don’t understand the concept of Epigenetics, or you haven’t ever heard that word before, I promise this episode will change your life. And I say that in the most humbled way. This is something that I’ve been piecing together for years, and this episode brings the information in a way that shows what is possible at the intersection of spirit and science.  Let's simplify it all, and answer some really important questions. What is epigenetics? How does our environment impact our disease risk? How important is our mindset in this process? Does our DNA carry memory? How does ancestral trauma impact us? We are going to be talking about some really easy tips and tricks that when embodied, will make it inevitable that you will impact the quality of your physical and mental health in the most beautiful way. Episode 14: Listener Q & A (volume 1)
In this Listener Q&A episode, I answer some of the most frequent questions I get. In this first volume we cover: how to tell the difference between your primitive brain and intuition, how to cut cords with narcissistic family members, why essential oils are a vehicle not a magic bullet, and how to help the planet when you are feeling helpless and hopeless.

Episode 13: On fear of judgement and losing relationships
A common reason why people don't follow the nudges of their souls, speak out about the things they want to speak out about or simply shine their light brightly is because they are afraid of what will happen to their relationships.  Will their loved ones understand their new choices? Will friends judge them for their beliefs? Will partnerships end? What if, what if...?  Often we can convince ourselves that terrible things will happen if we break away from what people expect of us. That it is safer to play small than to be lonely and misunderstood. But, it doesn't have to be so black and white.   In this podcase we chat about why the fear of losing relationships is a totally normal human experience, and what happens when we are willing to break the cycle of fear. It is totally possible to live your life in integrity without losing people close to you who believe totally different things and are at totally different life stages. And if your journey unfolds in a way that you do say goodbye to certain people and relationships, it is 100% possible to carry on with your dreams and expansion with peace, calm, clarity, trust, compassion and love.     As Anais Nin famously said, "And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." It's your time to blossom.  You came here for a reason. We need you more than ever.  Let me help you understand your brain and how to navigate relationship changes so you can shine your light, no matter what other people do/say/think about it.

Episode 12: Death, grief and rebirth with Rachel Nelson
Only one thing in this human life is inevitable, and that is death. Not only are we all going to die one day, but we will likely experience loss of family members, loved ones, relationships, jobs, and even our sense of self. Maybe this will happen many times. Maybe you are in the midst of it right now. The sense of collective fear in the world is palpable. Suddenly, we are all being faced with the idea of our own mortality. But, as a New Normal is ushered in, there is also a beautiful opportunity for rebirth, and to lean into grief and expand from it in a way that most of us have never been taught. I’m so thrilled to welcome Rachel Nelson today’s podcast. Rachel is a life after death coach, who after losing both her best friend and her first son, is now revolutionizing the world by teaching people that grief is a sacred human experience. She helps them show up for their goals and dreams even in the midst of darkness with mindset, emotional awareness, and practical tools. In this chat we freely talk about life after death, soul contracts, near-death experience, heavy emotions, and the beauty that exists in the circle of life. Episode 11: Why believing in luck doesn't serve you
How many times have you brushed off something amazing that happened to you as 'lucky', a 'fluke' or by chance? What if nothing is by chance? What if you can create luck -- and dare I say, miracles --  every single day?   In honour of St. Patrick's day, and that infamous pot of the gold at the end of the rainbow, let me teach you why the concept of luck actually doesn't serve you, and how you can channel your own inner leprechaun in three easy steps:  1) Understand that results are always created by your thoughts, never by chance or circumstance. 2) Own your results, both good or bad 3) Believe that you are an intergalactic miracle of divine light.  Show notes: email:

Episode 10: The intergalactic miracle of your human body
When was the last time you thought of your body as a miracle? When was the last time you marvelled at your body's innate ability to heal, and it's tendency to life and vitality? Why are so many people sick today, despite a multi-billion dollar wellness industry? I think it is because we haven’t taught to believe... truly believe... in what we are capable of as human beings in this physical body.  The Earth is biased to create life. You are made of Earth! But, you are also made of stars. I want you to live each day with awe and wonder for yourself and how you were divinely designed, no matter what your physical or emotional health looks like on paper today.  In this episode we will: Take a birdseye view of the medical and social media landscape to understand what has informed and influenced our beliefs about health until now. Look at the sneaky ways that messages of empowerment in the health influencer space can actually do more harm than good. Explore why our thoughts about our body and it's innate ability to heal are so important for driving us to take in action from a place of reverence vs. fear Debunk the myth that only 4% of our DNA is active  Introduce the concept of our galactic heritage Tap into why our soul's chose a physical body as a vehicle for growth, despite knowing human life goes hand in hand with spiritual, physical and emotional pain. Episode 9: Awareness of choice
In every moment of every experience, we get to choose what we think. Sometimes these thoughts serve us, and sometimes they don't. But it's the awareness of this choice that offers us true freedom.  In our current global climate, I know it often feels like we aren't in control. Like everything is falling apart, or that someone or something is responsible for how you are feeling. But if you are open to the idea that only you can control how you feel and what your reality looks like, and it happens through being aware of your thoughts and choosing them consciously, I promise your whole life will change (in the best way). In this episode I share some recent personal experiences to illustrate this concept, and explore why there is no such thing as "reality" in the way that we've been taught.

Episode 8: Self-concept
Do you ever feel like you don't know how to get from point A to point B in your life? Or, have you ever written off a dream or a goal because you think it just isn't possible for you? Chances are, lack of awareness around your self-concept is what is keeping you spinning in circles and feeling discouraged, frustrated and stuck.  Self-concept is what you believe about yourself as truth. And, I am delighted to teach you that truths aren't set in stone and can totally be re-written.  If you want a different future, you have to create something that doesn’t exist in your past. And, you can’t let your present situation inform the person you are becoming or want to become.   How do we do this?  Tune in to learn how simple and profound it can be.  Show notes:  Book: "Gifts of the Essential Oils" by Adam Barralet & Vanessa Jean Boscarello Ovens

Episode 7: My story
In 2019, I retired my Naturopathic medical license for the freedom to speak my true voice. Everybody has a story, and this episode is mine. Even if we have different backgrounds, I understand what it's like to feel disconnected. To come from the school of 'high-acheivement or bust'. To live with doubt, anxiety and insecurity despite everything looking awesome on paper. To finally wake up and realize that all of the power to create the life I want... one of deep purpose, connection and the capacity to hold the good and the bad, is inside me. I've nagivated family tragedy, career change, multiple cross-Atlantic moves, deep love & conscious separation. This is a journey of science and spirit. As humans, we connect and offer a beacon of light to others by sharing our lives. I hope that this episode will help you get to know me better, bring you comfort, a spark, or whatever sign you were looking for today in your own experience.

Episode 6: Deep Positivity and the problem with "Love & Light"
Is it naïve to have hope for a troubled world? Is it wrong to want to create positive change in your life, business and the world when there is so much suffering and chaos in the world? Episode 5: Anti-racism- Love is not enough
Anti-racism work is the work of our times. Staying in the zone of love and light isn't what will shift paradigms, and can actually be quite damaging, depspite the best intentions.  This episode is shared from my perspective as a participant/"leader" in the white female health & empowerment space. To Commit to doing it with the understanding that there is no ladder to climb, but rather a flow state that we will always be in. Let’s commit to allyship, solidarity, and leading our spaces in a new way. We will talk about:  The importance of leaning into discomfort How the current astrology supports the anti-racism movement Why Intellectualizing racism is dangerous and ineffective The Good Girl vs. Sacred Rebel archetype  How UNCONDITIONAL love is different from 'love and light', and why unconditional love is the real revolution What a 5D reality really is Experts & teachers:  Tori Washingon, spiritual business strategist:  Embodied Allyship Masterclass  Instagram Aaya Samadhi, astrologer: Instagram Leesa Renee Hall, anti-bias facilitator:  Instagram
