Sue has 20+ years’ leadership and consulting experience in corporate and medium-sized businesses in SA and the US. Her background and strategic ability enables a strong focus on outcomes linked to organisational effectiveness.

Ivan has always been interested in how people interact with each other as well as how they treat themselves. His passion lies in communicating and being around people. Initially his career was in sales and I excelled in this field and built relationships both personally and professionally.
In his corporate career it became evident to him that there was more to life than simply chasing the “next big commission” or “big sale. He is thankful that he discovered a deeper purpose in his life, to serve the people around me to the best of my ability!

Madri is an enabling coach and mentor, assisting individuals in realising their aspirations. She has learnt that being different is what sets us apart; that we don’t have to conform to what we think society expects. She believes we all have something unique to offer and deserves the chance to do what is true and extraordinary for us.

Lindelwa, or Lindi as she's also known, decided to start a coaching practice after 15 years in leading senior leadership teams. By using systematic coaching she helps her clients navigate complex situations.

Sandra Fourie is a In Depth Process Facilitator. She uses Clifton StrengthsFinder® and Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9) as the tools for the foundation of her workshops and coach sessions . She is curious about people and inspired when they are curious to learn more about themselves.

Lesley is a certified master coach who holds 19 years experience in the field of learning and organisational development. She has a deep passion for developing and empowering people. She's also a business owner with more than 15 years business experience. In 2018, she was honored with the Business Woman of the Year Award for the Western Cape region in the corporate category.

Barbara is a dedicated life and business coach that guides individuals to achieve their goals in life, career and business. She uses her in-depth knowledge and expertise in both personal and professional fields to help her clients get more out of life, relationships and business.

In pursuit of a long-term teaching vocation Caroline formed a start-up business for academic performance coaching. She offers a unique methodology plus individual mentoring, coaching and support for interested, ambitious students.

Nienie guides creative-visionary female leaders to make the internal shifts needed to create masterfully with flow and intention resulting in resilience and abundance.

Tracey is a Certified Transformational Life Coach behind Positive Minds Africa. She's also a Communication Coach with Dynamic Voice Company and a qualified Communication expert who’s worked with multi-national companies for over 12 years. Her purpose on this earth is to help her clients communicate with ease and confidence, build healthy relationships and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Yumna is a qualified coaching professional dedicated to helping women fall in love with themselves and create abundance, so they can live a life of authenticity and independence.

She draws on her experience as a coach, mentor, leader, manager, business owner, mother and partner to provide a safe and supportive space for her clients.

Natalie was previously Director of The Leadership Development Centre at Wits Business School. She developed and designed the curriculum for a Masters in Management in Business and Executive Coaching. Furthermore, she set up a Coaching Supervision Certificate and Business Executive Coaching Certificate. Natalie also headed up all the coaching in support of Leadership Development Programmes at Wits.She is currently a lecturer at the University of Manchester.

Elona is currently a PhD Candidate at WITS Business School, with a focus on Business Coaching and Entrepreneurship. She is a lead in the Masters in Management Business and Executive Coaching progam at the Wits Business School. She holds a Masters degree in International Business Management from Liverpool University, and an Advanced Diploma in Life, Executive and Business Coaching. Elona’s qualifications are paired with over 15 years of developing and supporting business executives, senior managers and entrepreneurs across all business sectors. In all her partnerships, Elona has been a change driver, providing customized coaching services that led to changed behaviour and resulted in inspired leadership and exceptional organizational growth. In addition to coaching, Elona also provides workshops and strategy sessions to align high-performance teams leading to individual and business growth.

Dr Jabulile Msimango-Galawe "DrJ" (Known as DrJ): She is the program director of the MM – Business and Executive Coaching at the Wits Business School. She is also a lecturer lecturing Entrepreneurship, Business Acumen, Research theory and design and Decision Science in the MMENVC and MMBEC programs amongst others.

Dr Nicky Terblanche’s areas of expertise include career transitions, transformational coaching, behavioural change, systems thinking, complexity theory and IT software development. He holds a PhD and MPhil in Management Coaching (cum laude) from USB. He is also involved in software development for various companies and he has his own coaching practice focusing on senior executives.

Dr Colleen Lightbody is the owner of Brainwise: Mastery Through Neuroscience, She is a respected Coach, Trainer, and Speaker Internationally. ... Her specific area of expertise lies in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Brain-based Learning, Personal and Professional Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence.

Dumi is a certified international executive and leadership coach. He works mainly across the African continent as an African skills development practitioner and a leadership skills development facilitator. He is currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he works for the Pan African Capacity Building Programme (PACBP) at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). He designs and delivers skills development courses for senior and young African professionals across different sectors. Dumi uses coaching skills, emotional intelligence and Ubuntu principles, practices and values to ignite excellence within individuals, teams and organizational systems. He has over 20 years of experience helping organizations develop dynamic and high-performance cultures. Dumi is senior faculty at The Coaching Centre in Cape Town and Johannesburg, where he delivers a module on “Coaching in the African Context”. He is part-time faculty at the Stellenbosch University Business School’s Mphil in Management Coaching, where he teaches coaching, leadership, culture change from an Ubuntu-awareness perspective. Dumi has previously worked for the United Nations Development Programme. He currently collaborates closely with the African Union Foundation and coaches executives in universities and NPOs. He has co-edited a pioneering publication on African coaching and consulting at the Africa Centre for Work-Based Learning. Dumi co-founded the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation (UCF). He is currently the founding chairperson. He regularly facilitates leadership sessions for EXCO teams across African businesses in State Owned Companies. Dumi is married with three children.

Dr. Sunny Stout-Rostron coaches at senior executive as well as board level and has a wide range of experience in leadership development and business strategy. With over 25 years’ international experience as an executive coach, Sunny believes there is a strong link between emotional intelligence and business results – she works with executive leaders and their teams to help them achieve individual, team and organizational goals.

Lloyd is an executive coach, organizational architect and certified personal fitness trainer. He has years of business experience in leading, managing and implementing strategy, large scale organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, business process re-engineering, workflow implementations and various other IT projects. He specializes in executive coaching, coaching executive teams, work based learning and stress management. He has coached executives and executive teams in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, South Africa, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana and Mauritius.
