Another soul taken. Actually now in a matter of days 5-10 taken by another human in the midst of a quiet silent killer, Covid 19! We have lost 75,000 beautiful souls to Covid. I’m sad! Take care of yourself!

What a gift you have to give the world.! Give it now. No more time to waste.

As we are navigating our way through these days and nights we all have questions? Who has the answer?

I know adjusting to home schooling, and life changes can be challenging. I encourage all of you to dig deep! Realize now the power that is within you, and your beautiful mind! An offering!

Celebrating Black history month is a beautiful thing. I wanted to share poetry from my mother-in-law Dee Freeman please enjoy. You are extravagant. You are wonderful and beautiful I’ll talk to you later.

Growing up I loved wrestling. I wanted to share one of the first African-American wrestlers who paved the way for so many greats. Rocky Johnson was an amazing athlete. You may know his son Dwayne The Rock Johnson.

This black history month 2020 I pray we can commit to free our minds. Committing to a mass healing for our people,committing to conversations. Committing to a collective healing in our community so that we can all reach our truest highest selves.

It is important on our journeys to practice self-love and self care. I hope that this day we can find in our hearts a second to say I love you to someone. Here is a story of black love at an extreme level enjoy!

We lost him at 14. I won’t forget! American History. African American History. Tell the stories! We were here. We mattered! We are still matter!

I know this was a gifted man! Like so many others that came before me. I have a lot of work to do to achieve greatness! Enjoy Paul Robeson!

On our journey things may get tough. Keep the faith, push through to the other side. For on the other side of pain is greatness!

I am so very proud of being African-American. My ancestors went through unspeakable tragedies so that I could bring you a good word. Beyond Emancipation!

As we begin to celebrate Black history month I want to leave reflections on a daily basis about the power of the African-Americans, and all the contributions that many have made to this great society. I bet all of your peace grace and love!

Manhood has been defined as so many things. This is some food for thought. Men are needed. Good men exist. I pray we can love each other again.

In this ever changing world. Please adopt a growth mindset so you don’t get left behind.

So many different types of love. I do not have all the answers, but I think if we love ourselves first we may have a shot at finding what we want.

Grassroots Community Foundation celebrates green ribbon week. Making children aware of how important their mental health is. It is everything. Take care of your mind.

One thought could change your life. Believe in yourself. Don’t silence that thought. Hear it! Receive it! Get it out!

September 11th. What more do you need to say? Please accept this offering of healing/taking control of your mind. It’s a battle win it! You are amazing and strong!

When are we going to realize this is a battle in the mind. We need to shut it all down and get the to heart of the matter. It’s spiritual warfare. What are we feeding into the next generation? Love is needed!!

The Race is not given to the swift nor the strong but the one that endures until the end.

So many times in this life we don’t think we can have all that the top 5 percent have. I want to encourage you to seek all the riches you want. Believe it and receive it. Blessings to you all.

The statistics will make you question so many things. Fathers are needed. Men we need you. You matter, step up in your rightful place.

Maybe desire is that you practice kindness within yourself. My mother in law. Is a tremendous person. I share some of her poetry with you. Be encouraged!!

Young people you are love. Believe in yourself. Your worthy of Love.

Young people all over the world please understand that you are valuable! You are the future. Take hold and know your worth.

3 days into the new year. Life has taken a young family member. What are we doing to fill in the time we are given here? You have work to do!

Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Here I talk of speaking positive words to yourself, family, friends. Words matter. What are you saying to make a difference.

We have started the new year with great expectations. Don’t wait for the gym to get started on exercising. Use your space at home to get it done!
