#71 Identity-Based Habits and How to Actually Stick to Your Goals
In today's solo episode I delve into how we can make one simple change to move us closer to our goals. The key to building lasting habits is focusing on creating a new identity around that goal first. Often our current behaviours are just a reflection of our current identity. In today's episode I get into the techniques that help mirror the image of the type of person you believe you can be. To change your behaviour for good, we need to start believing new things about ourselves through identity-based habits.
