How I Lost 11Lbs In 30 Days [In A Healthy Way]

I just lost 11LBs in just 30 days, using healthy diet techniques that anyone can adopt. These are 5 simple tips you can use to do the same thing that I did and you'll feel great as you do it!

At the end of this 30 days, I feel so much more energetic, happier, and more fit than I've been in over a year. I'm so excited to be able to share this with you!   To help those who are watching the video, here are some notes from the video.  

Steps I used to lose 10+ lbs in 30 days:  

1. Give up sugar, gluten, and most dairy products. Giving up added sugars is a huge one that is also great for your health! I give some recommendations in the video on substitutes for sugar and the specific dairy products that are ok to eat.   

2. Eat more fats, and fewer carbs (essentially using Keto principles). More of your diet should come from fats and proteins than carbs. Mind your carbs!  

3. Reduce heavily processed food consumption! Big time! Eat whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and stop eating pre-made meals, bars, etc.   

4. Try intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting has a huge amount of benefits and one of them is definitely fat and weight loss.   

5. Eat these foods! You gotta watch the video for this tip. At the end you'll learn some of the specific foods that I was eating to kickstart my metabolism and feel great all day.

  1. F.lux: Doing what you can to minimize blue light exposure at night is really important and I really like the way that F.lux helps with this. (Note: you actually want this exposure in the morning, but getting real sun light is the best.)
