The episodes are broad and varied and look at a wide range of adult education practices along with guest speakers to enrich the programme’s discussions. This is a podcast for new and experienced adult educators as well educational managers. This podcast provides a unique Australian and international perspective on adult education.

Evaluating education is an essential component of the education cycle. In this episode we interview Dr Paul Aylward and discuss a variety of types and aspects of evaluation. Working as a principal evaluation consultant for his own consultancy Action Research Partnerships and as an academic and educator for over 25 years, Paul has evaluated 100+ diverse Government and NGO health programs/interventions. A qualified teacher, Paul has written, coordinated and taught post-graduate evaluation topics in Public Health and primary health care in universities in Australia and the UK and he has developed several popular evaluation resources used by Government and Non-Government agencies here and overseas. Paul has been awarded the 'National Commendation for Excellence in Evaluation Study' by the Australasian Evaluation Society for his work in refugee mental health.
