One thing 2020 has shown us is that we've all needed to heal.

We sat down with Chef Kaius and talked about the value of traditional foods, the importance of multi-cultural connections, and R & B/Soul Music's shifts and trends as of recent years. This episode reminds me that we must continue to manifest the best versions of ourselves through such an unpredictable period. Society changes when we elevate ourselves emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically (no particular order).
