8. 💫Astrology reading w/ Kamra Sadia Hakim, futurity artist, founder of the Activation Residency💫
In this special episode, I sit down with Kamra Sadia Hakim to talk about his natal chart. While dissecting this precious moment when Kamra said yes to this life, we listen to her last EP, Verdant Banks, and make meaning of his existence by connecting to planets as allies.
Kamra Sadia Hakim (she/her/he/him) is a Black American trans artist, currently supported by Munsee Lenape land (also known as Brooklyn, NY).
Kamra is also the author of the Care manual: dreaming care into being, and creator of spaces for underrepresented and marginalized communities through Activation Residency and Activation Cooperative Fund.
Kamra also talks about himself as a futurity artist, who participates in a lineage of care weaving themes of remembering how to talk to each other with respect, reverence, beauty, and skill through art ecosystems in music, literature, and permaculture design.
Perhaps my favourite bio of Kamra is the one she wrote on instagram:
“flexible, open, freaky, devoted, down as shit spirit”.

7. Counselling work w/ the QTI/BIPOC community, Yoga philosophy & Death doula work w/ Kemoy from KJCOUNSELLING
Kemoy (she/her/hers) is a Counsellor and Sex Educator currently in private practice in Berlin, Germany.
She is a Black, Queer, Cis Woman whose clinical work is Psychodynamically informed. Her work is influenced by the feminist movement, Queer Theory, Sex and Body Positive Movements and is Sex Worker friendly.
Through Counselling Kemoy aims to create a safer, inclusive and non judgemental space for her clients so that they are able to feel secure enough to begin the process of self exploration and discovery.

🌿in this podcast episode, we explore what it means to be a care artist, Care work and its implications in a society that devalues care and its workers constantly (patriarchat caca), the importance of rituals and ceremonies in our work and how the practice of building imaginative worlds of empathy around us is paramount to liberation. Gem is blessing us with songs, insights and radical honesty about the realities of being a Care worker today.
🌿Gem (they/theirs/them) is a a white neurodivergent queer feminist full spectrum doula whose mission is to hold space for a better world to be born through inclusion, information liberation, and grassroots care work. They’re also a transition doula and as you know, I’ve been slowly getting into this work.

1. 🌝 The Antidote to Feeling Unseen: Full Moon in Libra🌝
In this episode, I talk about the pain of not feeling seen and how the Full Moon in Libra has helped me face this pain.
I used to think that if I was unseen, the only way for me to be seen was to show up perfect, be more of something that wasn't me. I would need to be smarter, more pretty or whatever else to earn being seen.
I would get caught in this infernal loop: I am not being seen/ I need to do more/Being more or doing more of something that isn't me/I have to keep up with this image of me by doing more/ I am not being seen because this is not really me, is it?
In this podcast I talk about what/who took me out of this loop and made me face my pain...
