As the title suggests, this episode finally features Miley's much-mentioned Uncle Earl, and Elise and Courtney are both fans, despite having some questions about his styling. Gilbert Godfried is also in this one? And Jackson does a very detailed Ozzy Osbourne impression? It's a lot to take in. Elise also rehashes all of her current beefs with the HMU, and she and Courtney discuss Sanjaya for longer than necessary.

Mamaw and Aunt Dolly are both back in town, which renews Elise's interest in the Stewart family tree, but these old women just won't stop fighting with each other, despite the fact that the person they're fighting over died a VERY long time ago. Meanwhile, Elise and Anya rant about Robby Ray for a long time, take a few minutes to discuss the tiny b-plot, and argue over the fashionability of one of Hannah's dresses.

Elise and her friend Courtney Seyl join forces to tackle season 2 episode 19 of Hannah Montana, "Lilly's Mom Has Got It Going On," and you guessed it... Lilly's mom finally makes an appearance, as played by Heather Locklear! After a lot of hype, Elise and Courtney discover that there isn't much to this episode, but they do manage to talk quite a bit about fast-acting prune butter, a TERRIBLE hair day for Robby Ray, Mr. Carelli's life on a teacher's salary, and yet another inconsequential Jackson and Rico bet, among other things.

Elise reunites with her friend Alana Fineman to discuss the returns of both Mikayla and Jake Ryan in season 2 episode 18 of Hannah Montana, "That's What Friends Are For?" It's actually a solid installment of the show, but you wouldn't know that based on how desperately Elise wants to rework and rewrite it. It includes an absolutely deranged film set, an alien costume that does NOT alter any facial features, scams within scams, and the return of Wendy, who is doing a mean Tyra Banks impression. They also discuss the b-plot, but let me assure you, it is only out of obligation.

It might be the single most 2007 episode of the show so far, featuring tons of misguided slang, marshmallow guns (remember those?), and the real-life relationship between Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas. Elise and Alana Fineman are back together and breaking down season 2 episode 13 of Hannah Montana, "I Want You To Want Me... To Go To Florida." It marks the first appearance of Selena Gomez as Hannah's professional rival, Mikayla, but what Elise and Alana really want to talk about is air travel and how it works in the HMU. They get really deep into it, but on the plus side, it leads to a lot of worldbuilding and then imagining a crossover episode with Gossip Girl. Also included are talks of an oddly-placed desk and Alana's suspicions about Aunt Pearl's medical history.

It features an excellent guest appearance by Jesse McCartney, which naturally prompts them to talk a lot about the film "Keith" and cryogenic technology. It's one of those rare episodes where the B-plot is way more interesting than the A-plot, if only because it raises SO many questions! Elise and Rick are back to wrap up Hannah Montana's season 2 Jake Ryan arc with "Achey Jakey Heart: Part 2"! It doesn't exactly go as Rick was expecting, and instead includes an oddly-placed Borat impression, armpit hair prosthetics, references to something called "Teen Bigfoot," and a woman with a taser. They also discuss the show's structural issues, why the cheeze jerky stand went out of business, a revelation about Jackson's voice, and Rick learns about Uncle Earl and Aunt Pearl.

Elise convinced her boyfriend Rick to return to the podcast, this time to cover the very exciting return of Jake Ryan to the Hannah Montana Universe in season 2, episode 9, "Achey Jakey Heart: Part 1," or as Rick describes it, "a very serious, high-stakes A-plot, and... cheeze jerky." Together, they attempt to suss out who Jake's real-life counterpart would be, Jake's level of wealth and power, and why so many child stars are forced to enter fake relationships in the HMU. Elise and Alana Fineman are together again to break down season 2 episode 8 of Hannah Montana, "Take This Job And Love It." It's a crossover episode with Cory In The House! Kind of. A tiny bit. Elise and Alana suspect foul play in a near-miss food poisoning, Roxy wears bulletproof pantyhose and inspires a major crossover event, and Lola's fashion is making baby steps towards cuteness. They also take another look into how Hannah's finances work, and Miley eats something so shocking that Elise may never recover.

Elise is joined again by Alex Meleras, this time to discuss season 2, episode 7 of Hannah Montana, "My Best Friend's Boyfriend," which features guest stars Sterling Knight, Austin Butler, and... Larry David?!? It's also got a high risk/high reward scheme by Miley and Oliver, some new foreshadowing about Lilly and Oliver, and a B-plot that Alex thinks could have been a movie. There are also lots of tangents in this one! Those feature some new speculation about how Robby Ray and Billy Ray can co-exist in the HMU, another check in on the Dontzig of it all, and Elise explaining to Alex who Rod Blagojevich is and how he is on Cameo.

Elise is joined again by her friend Courtney Seyl, this time to discuss season 2 episode 6 of Hannah Montana, "You Gotta Not Fight For Your Right To Party." It's an episode with a paper-thin A-plot and an almost non-existent B-plot, but it leads to a LOT of confusion. Courtney demands to see the blueprints of the Stewart house, Elise struggles with the amount of time spent describing a character we never even see, and they both spend a lot of time debating how exactly Jackson and Miley pull off a heist.

The episode is largely set in various dream sequences where the rules are a little muddy, and adding Brooke Shields as Miley and Jackson's late mother into the mix sends the HMU into new territory: the paranormal. It's best known for featuring the iconic Bone Dance! The rest of the episode is a little questionable, with the exception of the b-plot's excellent inclusion of Thor and his pet bird, Snowball. The girls also revisit the question of Hannah's current level of fame, discuss the logistics of canceling a European tour, and lament the return of the dreaded Robby Ray anthem "I Want My Mullet Back."
