Episode 8: Ellen continues her discussion of why it is so important to vote for Joe and Kamala in November. She discusses an insightful biography about Joe, which gives an understanding of him and his times. Also, Ellen dives into the American Rescue Plan, legislation which has saved the USA after the horrors of the pandemic and the Trump Administration. In upcoming episodes, Ellen will discuss other laws that the Biden-Harris Administration has passed, which Heather Cox Richardson, American History Professor at Boston College, has compared to the legislation of the Great Society of Lyndon Baines Johnson in the 1960's. Scot knows his subject well, as he is a graduate of Shead High School in Eastport. He centers the novel on a young man who must confront painful family secrets, as well as adolescents in his world who have a very hard time growing up. A very raw, gripping story, not to be missed.
