I recently had the honor to be interviewed by Linta Anish from https://itslinslife.com/ and she had some really great questions regarding Homemaking from the heats of Homemakers like you! We all function of different lifestyles, that's why I really enjoyed the practical examples that we spoke about.

This interview is filled with a ton of tips and tricks as well as encouragement from the hearts of two Christian Homemakers! Come and join our conversation with a hot cup of coffee or tea today!

In today's episode I feel so honored to chat to Lusanda Dhlamini about the importance of Empowering women for Gods Kingdom. As this year is so new still, there is still a lot of uncertainty we face. Plugging in by our Heavenly Father is the best way YOU can be steadfast in your calling and as women, we are there to support, encourage and pray for one another. This way, we empower each other to rise together for the goodness of the kingdom of God.

Do not Judge #4

Do not Judge #4

Ever heard the classic phrase "Do not judge a book by it's cover" ? Well ladies, that is exactly what we're going to be talking about today!

Judging others and how to stop doing this, because we are all guilty of this! We all to easily measure other's up to our own standards and end up passing judgement when we ourselves are far from perfect. Speaking of the word "perfect" in this episode we are going to also talk about how there is no such thing as a perfect homemaker, a perfect wife or a perfect mom.

Lets learn how to be receptive to growth and open to other people's worlds, lives, opinions and ways of doing things. We don't always have to agree or be alike, but we do need to stop JUDGING them for it.

Come and listen to my heart on this topic and I pray that it opens a door of reflection for you as well as we all work on being less judgmental towards others and ourselves.

Be open to Change #3

Be open to Change #3

As Homemakers, it is important to be open to change. In life we go through so many seasons of change, awkward seasons as well as exciting seasons. During these seasons, it is important to manage our mindsets through the changes we face in life. We need to be more receptive to making room for growth and know that the choices we make in life do however tailor our lives and shape us.

Change can come in all shapes and sizes in our lives. By reinventing ourselves, big life events, our businesses and routines. Whichever it is, remember that you are worthy enough to achieve your goals! You need to be bold enough to see your dreams as achievable and not allow the voices around you to put you down. In this episode we are going to talk about just that!

Finding Grace in disappointment #2

Finding Grace in disappointment #2

Experiencing disappointment is real for us as Homemakers and women. It is important to validate our emotions and allow ourselves to grow through disappointing moments. This can look so different as well. You may be experiencing disappointment in your day while your routine isn't working or you are finding it difficult to manage a household with working from home, having your husband and children home as well all day during this global pandemic or even disappointing moments of self-doubt or impatience.

Maybe disappointment is rooted even deeper for you and goes back to your childhood. Today, we are going to talk about what disappointment is for us as Homemakers and find a way to grow in perspective and Grace in order to live our best lives in our homes in the "here and now".
