Overcoming addictions to pornography

The Significance of Jesus’ Wounds

Then Pilate took Jesus and flogged him. (John 19:1, ESV)

In an effort to appease the people, Pilate ordered the lictor (a trained expert in the art of torture) to whip Jesus, a punishment for criminals. This was done so that scripture might be fulfilled (see Isa. 53:5, Isa. 50:6). Even Jesus predicted this in Matthew 20:19. This is a physical representation of the spiritual act of propitiation, that is, Jesus took our place. Just as the blood was sprinkled on the altar in Exodus 29:15-16, Jesus blood was sprinkled each time the whip dug into His flesh.

What is a will?
It's a legal document containing instructions as to what should be done with one's money and property after one's death.

3.Perfect will of God; This is the dominion mode. The perfect will of God is seek you first the will of God. Where you no longer live just for yourself.

Devine alignment another word for it is call partnership with God.

Meaning of Alignment;
1. arrangement in a straight line or in correct relative positions.
"the tiles had slipped out of alignment"
2. a position of agreement or alliance.

Where you are going to a place youve never being before and you are using a Google Map. You have to choice than obey the map. If there is a diversion ahead, the map will direct you.

Some times when you use a map, there are certain road that you are use to most especially in Lagos. Maybe you know that that same road you are sure you pasted there yesterday. But the map is trying to redirect you. You end up going your usual way and after you got there you noticed the road is block . You have to finally spend Extra 2hours to follow a different road because you were not in alignment .

What matters is that you make progress.

God is not interested in the to many things you do but what he has asked you to do
So if we do to many things in this church but not what He has asked use we are not working in his perfect will.
