The Principle Explained
In this episode, we will be talking about how to see our brains in action. I will be describing “Single Breath Gratitude Relief” and how this simple exercise orients us within our Emotional Anatomy. We are investing in our confidence. This is confidence that is finding our way through the Ocean of Emotion, discovering a very simple anatomical pathway that repeatedly reorients our perspective: “Gratitude Guides our Navigation Heart Home Wisdom.” As we become more and more familiar with how we can become quickly and easily overwhelmed and confused by our habits and patterns of repetitious distracting emotions, we become more and more confident in our ability to reorient ourselves by returning to our Heart’s Homes and glimpsing the rewards of seeing through the Lens of Awe and Wonder, an experience so exciting we freely choose gratitude for our ability to repeat it again and again. Welcome to the very first episode! We are all responsible for helping each other learn how the mind works. I am introducing a new language that will replace ego, id and superego as unnecessary to understand the “Tug of War”. This is the Story of Freedom and each and every one of us is involved first for ourselves, then helping others discover Freedom to Choose Wisely.
