Listen to the humanitarian side of assessing capitalism versus the competition, and rich people boasting about their new ventures. Capitalism causes havoc in our lives; because it fails to bring forth viable results. Instead, we are stuck in its model and our lives are being ruined by the actions of the venture capitalists(politicians included). 

Be a different person. Be someone who is not stuck in a 9-5 concept insomuch that they cannot see the many angles of capital. I implore you to look at the history, the evidence, and the projection of capitalism.

We, the workers, want a different life than what the capitalists are saying. We want simplicity and modesty while capitalists want money and resources. 

How has racism impacted the lives of African-Americans and Native-Americans? There is a cost to be racist, but it is to the disadvantage of marginalized groups. Racism is entrenched in capitalism and banks have used racism to deny loans to African-Americans. Also, the history of racism that is practiced by Europeans is written in many history books, but capitalism accepts racism by embellishing its existence. 

It is time to talk! It is time to discuss racism and capitalism...

Listen in and learn about cultural-dominance and how that impacts our world of economics. How did Europeans become the dominant group in the United States to the point where they are making decisions for Latinos, African-Americans, and Natives? Race and money are still determining who gains employment and who gets deported to their country of birth. 

What should we be doing to change the system of capitalism? Being at work will not remedy social problems, because capitalism has its own agenda. It seeks profits and resources instead of solving the world's deep-seated problems. We, the working class, people must be the change. 

The reality that is unfolding because of capitalism is bleak! Debt has become common occurrences and there is no end in sight! Even the definition of "middle-class" is changing to one where more people are facing debits instead of credits. 

We can create something better by through collaboration and mobilization.

Is the system of capitalism a logical system? The evidence says no as the answer. Why? The rich are burdening the working class in many ways such as making housing expensive, and unreachable. Rich people ignorantly celebrate capitalism as the poor and working class are struggling to attain modesty.

Capitalism is removing needs from our social fabric. Food, clothing, and shelter are important needs for every being, but the system is dominating those categories in order to make them profit-focused. What should we be doing to stop this? 

Capitalism has many branches- it is responsible for human trafficking, colonialism, and much more. It is more than a 9-5 job and working conditions. Capitalism impacts every angle of our lives. 

Abraham Maslow left a great model that focuses on the phases of development for human beings with respect to fulfilling their needs, so they can thrive. Maslow's pyramid is still relevant and can be used to understand how basic needs are vital to the growth stages. 

Awareness of the system of capitalism is key to changing its model. 

Let us keep the "Great Resignation" going. The time is now-not later to question capitalism.

Capitalism removes the dignity from us and confines us to its profit-themed model. We need to act now to save ourselves and future generations.

Let us think beyond protesting in the streets. Let us meet at the table to discuss capitalism in the global sense.
