Episode Introduction: Today's guest is Casey Arnold, Endicott alum, who graduated with the class of 2014. Through her hardworking spirit and determination to be her best self at everything she does, Casey has gone on to achieve some amazing feats at such an early stage in her career. In this episode, Casey shares her journey leaving the nest and taking on marketing roles at some extremely competitive companies, one of which being amazon. Throughout her 2 years working with Amazon Web Services, which is the real bread winner for the brand, she held various senior manager titles. Fast forward to present day, May 2021, Casey is currently the senior life cycle marketing manager at NoBull, a footwear, apparel and accessory brand based in Boston, MA. Episode Introduction: Today's guest is Alessandra Basadonna, who is a double Endicott Gull, having received her undergraduate degree in hospitality management in 2013 and her MBA in 2014.  Always passionate about sustainable hospitality and tourism, she knew that this theme would be a factor in her life’s worth.  She also felt that the West Coast was calling to her so she could begin this journey.  She wasn’t just sure what she would find once she got there.

Today's guest is Mike Surabian, Endicott College Entrepreneurship and Marketing major in the class of 2023. Mike plays a leadership role in the student-managed entrepreneurship club, EC Fuel, and has been a member since he first came to campus his freshman year. In addition to being a key member of the club, Mike is also the founder of local lifestyle apparel brand, Winga, based out of Gloucester, MA. In this episode Mike shares his story of his time thus far at EC, starting his brand, and his plans to help create a more sustainable future. One of the most important relationships a college can have is with the community in which it resides.  Endicott College is fortunate to have a strong relationship with the City of Beverly, Massachusetts.  Beverly, a city of just under 43,000 people, is a seaside community north of Boston.

Because of its proximity to the ocean, Beverly is at the forefront of sustainable efforts and recently hired Erina Keefe as its Director of Sustainability for the City. With a Masters Degree in City Planning and a specialization in environmental policy and planning, it is Erina’s job to lead the overall sustainability strategy for the City. I’m joined by two very special co-hosts for this episode. Our first co-host is Charles Arinello, a sophomore here at Endicott majoring in business and with a minor in environmental science. Rounding out our team is Anthony Michetti, Endicott College’s director of sustainability who works with Erina on collaborations between the City and the College. Episode Introduction: This week’s guest is Christopher Nihan, an account executive with Chargepoint. Chargepoint created one of the world’s largest electric vehicle charging networks that is based on an open standard. ChargePoint is an American electric vehicle infrastructure company based in Campbell, California. ChargePoint operates the largest online network of independently owned EV charging stations operating in 14 countries and makes the technology used in it. Although based in Campbell, California, Chargepoint has charger locations nationwide, including the parking garage on campus at Endicott College in Beverly, MA.

Episode Introduction: Marc and Diego, both former college athletes and in Diego’s case, also a former pro athlete, found a kinship while in college as they brainstormed ways to make it easier for athletes to get access to and create high quality game film.  In this episode, both men talk about their journey of continuing their startup dream while also staking out full-time jobs in their chosen careers.  Marc and Diego have grown Inform-Stats in the past year and have now caught the eye of some A-level athletes and sports managers.  At a critical juncture, both have taken the leap and now work full-time on Inform-Stats, a rising startup that connects athletes with artificial intelligence.

Podcast Overview: Diego and Marc begin the conversation by talking about how they met in college. Both men were star athletes on campus in their respective sports and were acquainted with one another but didn’t know one another well. One night, in the dorm, Marc had expressed frustration over how hard it is for athletes to get high-quality game highlights... One thing led to another and Inform-Stats was born. Inform-Stats is a startup at the intersection of athletics and technology. Using innovative artificial intelligence, Inform-Stats’ technology seamlessly integrates sports with video and other sports-centered technology. With a growing customer base, Inform-Stats is now working with high school, college and professional sports teams. By embracing innovation, Inform-Stats is adding products and services on a continual basis for its current and prospective clients.

Episode Introduction: Today’s guest is Tarek El Sehrawey, Founder and CEO at ARA Management, an artist management LLC based in Austin, Texas.

In this episode, Tarek shares his story starting out where he grew up in Cape Cod, MA, and his journey to Endicott College, graduating with the Class of 2019. While at Endicott, Tarek played for the men's soccer team, won a conference championship, studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, stayed involved by joining a multitude of clubs, and completed a full-time semester long internship at global footwear powerhouse PUMA.

After graduating, Tarek traveled the world for over a month exploring Europe and Asia. After returning home, he, like many others post-graduate studies, did not know the exact path he wanted to take in life. He shares extremely transparent stories of his experiences working multiple jobs, sacrificing sleep for his passion, and the not-so glamorous life of an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur is not always as glamorous as social media makes it out to be, especially in the early stages of a start-up.

In addition to his personal story, Tarek shares advice for all listeners on entrepreneurship, chasing your passion, and the mindset it takes to be successful.
