Dating, disclosing sexually transmitted infections on Elon University’s campus

Elon Student Health Services diagnose hundreds of sexually transmitted infections every school year. The most common ones are chlamydia and genital herpes. Approximately 70%vof people who test positive for herpes request a follow-up in-person visit to talk about all sorts of things, including how to tell sexual partners and friends about their infection. ENN radio’s Margaret Faust has one student’s story. This story includes mention of sexual assault.
