This episode is moderated by MSc Steven Smet who discusses examples from the acute care setting with Dr. Guido Ciprandi and Ms. Valerie Hanssens. 

Guido is a medical doctor in the Unit of Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery in the Bambino Gesu' Children's Hospital in Rome, Italy. He is also the Research Director in Pediatric Wound Care. Valerie is a clinical nurse specialist of wound care in the University Hospital of Brussels, in Belgium, and is in control of the pressure ulcer prevention and treatment protocols in the hospital.
