In the middle of recording my Self Care Sunday Nights season 2, I had to step away and tend to my garden and heal. To do just what I am asking of you and I am continuing it day by day. No, this not going to be easy, and nor is it supposed to be. Sometimes we get it into our heads that once we reach a certain goal that is it, but it's not. Just as I have said before, this self-love journey, this healing journey is lifelong. Each day we are changing and growing, learning more and more about ourselves and the world around us. This year is not slowing down and if you haven't noticed already this shift is not to be taken lightly. Getting your inner home in order is now not tomorrow

A time of reflection is upon us as we reach the final days of Mercury Retrograde which ends on the 22nd and post retrograde begins. Remember to Trust in Grandmother Moon energy, if you haven’t begin to pour love into yourself and raise your vibrations. This is a beautiful time for you to take a good look at your garden and what kind of soil has been planted by you and others in your life.
This season I wanted us to dive deeper into our healing and tap more into soul work. So many of us continue to just focus on the Spirit without cultivating the Soul which is just plastering a pretty bandage over a festering sore.

Tonight’s episode is about mindfulness and gratitude. THE MEANING OF HAPPINESS IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH PERSON. The answer lies within your soul and spiritual mind as to what happiness means in your life. Happiness can be accomplished if you feel that you really have the means to attain it. If you BELIEVE IN THE BEAUTY AND POWER OF YOUR HIGHER SELF, IN GOD, confidence in your realization of happiness will flow through you and cause it to happen.
Ask your TRUE SELF what kind of life you really wish to have. What would you look forward to doing each morning when you awaken?

Tonight, is the Full Supermoon Eve in Scorpio and with it we welcome shadow work to heal our wounds, release what is no longer servings us and start anew. I want to remind you that you are rare, precious, and worthy of a fulfilling life. Choosing yourself is not easy and nor is it suppose to be. We find ourselves looking outside our garden to fulfill our life and complete us, but you are already whole. The greatest encounter in life is when Queen or King comes face‐to‐face with themselves.

Guest Goddess: H.N.I.C Kyndra Crump Today’s episode is the finale of season 5 and just as we began it we will end it on a powerful note with another dope Goddess. Laughter is food for the soul. A lot of comedians never thought they were funny before stepping into their career. Everyone around you can tell you time and time again that you got a gift, but it’s up to you to truly see it. You may not get a laugh out of everyone you tell a joke to. You are not going to be everyone’s cup of tea and that’s ok. Sometimes it takes a while for us to see and accept our gift. Everyone has an audience you just have to take that leap and believe in yourself.

Tonight’s episode we will be diving into the importance of dream work and angel numbers. Time to stop avoiding your work. You see the signs, you consult others and you still refuse to hear what spirit is trying to tell you. You keep running from your Ancestors and yet you wonder why you can’t move forward. You wonder why the same energy keep coming back around? You have to do the work! Our self-love, ancestral, spiritual, and emotional healing journey is never-ending because with each step there is another level to face.
Don’t take this as a sign of discouragement, but to encourage and remind you that you will never stop growing. And that Queens and Kings is a beautiful and powerful affirmation in itself.

Time to heal our wounds and dive deep into shadow work. Always remember Your capacity is your own, just as your journey is your own- listen to your spirit guides as you continue to walk this path, healing takes time, and everything does not have to be released all at once. Look into your soul and see yourself truly. Have compassion for yourself by accepting the feelings that will come and go, you do not have to suffer and continue to hold on any longer. The winds of change are here…the time for acceptance, self-love, compassion, and understanding is here. The only things certain in life is change and death. Time to lay your temporal self to rest and rise up through the fires of calcination just as the Phoenix you are. To be honest, on this journey you will lose a lot of individuals that you believed to be your friends and family, but that’s not to say that you are alone. Your soul family is a community of your soul brothers and sisters that put love, healing, joy, and uplift your vibrations as well as your dreams. Let’s talk about the beautiful chaos called entrepreneurship, this journey is not always smiles and accomplishments. It’s going to challenge you in ways you never thought you would, there will be days that you wonder what the hell was I thinking, but it is all worth it when you have those moments of pure bliss because you took a chance on yourself. There are lessons in each situation that we can learn from and apply to our lives, but we have to be willing to learn.

So many of us don't give ourselves permission to cry, to process our emotions, or to heal..... This is a sacred space. In order to move forward we must learn how to hold space for ourselves. Time to heal our Inner Child and come home to ourselves. You are not alone.....

And when two such people encounter each other, and their eyes meet, the past and the future become unimportant. There is only that moment and the incredible certainty that everything under the sun has been written by one hand only. It is the hand that evokes love and creates a twin soul for every person in the world. Without such love, one’s dreams would have no meaning.”

The Washington Post- The typical black family has just 1/10th the wealth of the typical white one. In 1863, black Americans owned one-half of 1 percent of the national wealth. Today it’s just over 1.5 percent for roughly the same percentage of the overall population. The cause of that stagnation has largely been invisible, hidden by the assumption of progress after the end of slavery and the achievements of civil rights. But for every gain black Americans made, people in power created new bundles of discrimination, largely hidden from sight, that thwarted, again and again, the economic promise of emancipation.

This journey isn't easy, but the rewards are worth it!!

What is your alchemy? What is your truth? Today I share my alchemy journey and my truth. No one journey is the same and being an entrepreneur isn't easy, but it's worth it to me each and every day.

Time to Release what you have been holding on to. Time to heal. Time to rest. Time to love on yourself and hold yourself accountable. Time to let go of the burden that has been ripping your heart, mind, body, and soul apart. Put yourself first! A broken vessel cannot hold water......

Sometimes we don't know what to say, how to say it, or when to say it. What is your love language? How are you perceiving information? Are you truly listening? Are you aware of the energy you are giving? What is it that you need to work on right now in this moment? Love on yourself each and every day not just during times you are being forced to see yourself. You are the Creator of this Masterpiece called life and the world is your canvas! What are you creating? What do you want to create?

As we begin the first retrograde of 2021 our time for healing and reflection grows. Throughout retrograde and post retrograde I will be sharing powerful affirmations each Sunday. Tap in to this Goddess Higher Mind energy and remove the negative traits that is blocking you from achieving the life you desire.

So much chaos in the world, but don't get distracted continue to focus on yourself, your healing, your journey, and your power!

For the last 25 years, the American dream has been dead. According to CNBC, 78% of full time workers are living paycheck to paycheck. They are unable to put money into retirement or savings, or anything that would better their circumstances. This also means that if there were an emergency they would have to go into debt in order to afford it. A large percentage of Americans have seen their living standards decrease, or become stagnant, thus making life actively worse for most people. This is a problem that surrounds all Americans who participate in the economy.

The American dream is dead is because the rich have destroyed it. While there are exceptions like Elton John who donated roughly 38 million in 2016, there are still many in the top 1% that continue to hoard their wealth. Roughly a third (100 million) of Americans still live near or under the poverty line, (22K for a family of four). Half of the country makes less than $30K. The bottom 80% of Americans make less than 60K, while the top one percent make at least 250K. The economic divide between the rich the poor is so vast that it is nearly impossible to cross. Of people born into the bottom 20%, 70% remain under the middle class. The poor are trapped in their class due to the rich hoarding their wealth. After the recession, 85% of income growth went to the top 1%. The rich see huge income increases, but for the vast majority of Americans, wages have flatlined or fallen since the 90’s. This traps the poor in poverty while the rich get richer at their expense, thus killing the American dream.

Some people assert that the American dream is still alive. They claim that because of the possibility of achieving higher wealth, that it is still relevant to today’s society. Joel Contartese, an American immigrant entrepreneur is just one example of someone with immense pride towards our classic American dream. “America provides plenty of tools to help you achieve your dreams, you just have to fight for it,” claimed Contartese. Through hard work fantasies can become reality with just some effort.

You can have all the knowledge in the world but if you don't apply it to your life what are you doing it for?

The pandemic has taken a heavy emotional toll on many people, and if you know someone struggling with despair, depression or thoughts of suicide, you may be wondering how to help.
A recent survey by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed that in the last week of June this year, 41% of adults in the United States had experienced at least one mental health problem, including symptoms of anxiety or depression. And about 11% of all adults, and 25% of 18- to 24-year-olds said they had seriously considered suicide during the previous month.
Most Americans recently surveyed say that they understand that suicide is preventable and that they would act to help someone they know who is at risk.
Yet many of us are afraid to do the wrong thing. In fact, you don't have to be a trained professional to help, says Doreen Marshall, a psychologist and vice president of programs at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
