Twitter bans Trump, we have a brand new side hustle and I just finished one of my all time favorite personal growth books (The One Thing by Gary Keller). 

I came across Jemma Jorel Lester on Medium.com, where she explained in a blog all the long term benefits of giving up alcohol for good. 

Everyone is looking for the shortcut: artificial intelligence that has conversations for you, job boards that spray your post to 100 different sources, tools that blast emails. Finding candidates and creating relationships relies on your ability to initiate conversation. 

There's a lot of pros and cons with starting your own business. The key is: do you love your potential business enough to drown out the cons?
