The degree of impact you make in this physical world depends on your level of interaction with the supernatural. It is relatively impossible to imagine any kind of beauty or wisdom in this material world that is not in abundance in the supernatural world. That is why a spiritual window is the only magnifying lens to see the real beauty of the world in which we live. Therefore, a real impact maker must be someone who knows where those spiritual windows are located and where they can go to peep into the supernatural realm. Such fellows are the real players who understand how the creativity game interlaces spiritual intelligence in an inventive play that is disguised in some escapist fantasies. Those that have learned to deploy their spiritual intelligence for innovations do often find answers to most questions that have defied the natural wisdom.
Emphatically, a connection with the supernatural would always help to link up your spiritual antenna to the spiritual window thereby making you a clairaudient channel. The word “Clairaudience” has been defined as “a gift where you literally hear messages from the spirit world.” This is mostly what we need if we are hoping to initiate any kind of disruptive innovations. The messages that people have received from their clairaudient connection with the Great Creator have brought their innovations to limelight faster than they had expected. Numerous examples abide with singers who have received hit songs and sometimes as lines from songs popping into their head while asleep. Elias Howe discovered where the eye of the needle should be located through a night dream. Albert Einstein dreamed sledding down a steep mountainside like the speed of light leading to one of the greatest discoveries in Optical Physics. Srinivasa Ramanujan, the Mathematician from Indian, also discovered infinity when he dreamed that a hand wrote a number of results for him in elliptic integrals. The list could go on and on.
Life does not quite operate as a normal one for anybody that hopes to make a difference in the world. Any day you make up your mind to change something in your environment, the first impression that you would have created in the eyes of the world is one that is devoid of sanity. And that is based on the premise that the world does not easily accept change. Anything that is out of popular expectations is hastily rebuffed and tagged absurd. Against this background, if you are still very careful to avoid being criticized by anybody, everyone would understand that you do not really wish to change anything in our world.
It’s okay if everyone thinks you are out of your senses because of the choice that you have made to change something in our world. In all honesty, I can tell you that it is indeed a positive indication. That sounds like some sort of understatements, but it is a perfect choice. Even when everyone holds a negative image about you when you are trying to make a big picture change, you should understand that every effort you are making to develop your passion is actually coming from a great mindset. You have something to worry about if nobody turns critical at your passion when you set your hands on a task to make a big picture change. It is normal for a change maker to be perceived as abnormal for . . . .
Life’s journey is opened to all directions but without any ultimate destinations. As such, the entire race is not about who finishes first. It is about who gets to the touch line. In other words, whoever gets to the touch line is a winner. As such, anybody that feels they have arrived has yet to begun the race. Therefore, the success of your journey in life has nothing to do with your speed neither does it have anything to do with some great feelings that you derive from your affluence. That is why the final outcome of your patience will always reveal the beauty of your heart.
Life is very quick at playing tricks on anyway who tries to determine the height of their greatness by the metrics of the material things they possess. As much as wealth can guarantee some level of confidence, you pride can only be assured in some great mindset that you possess. So that, in whatever circumstance you find yourself in life, the one thing that will underscores your ultimate pride is not the melody that plays out of your status, but the emotional connection between whatever is happening to you and the confidence that you can make out of that.
Life is maximally engaged with so many people busily chasing after its moving wheels. Life is a moving train. It only needs you to hang on to it to get you moving along with it. The only energy you need to hang on to this moving train is determination. You deliberately move forward with your dreams when you decide that you are going to move.
There is no better time than now for you to act on your dreams. You do not have to wait until when you think you have known better. You do not have to wait until when you would live out your dreams without mistakes. Doing something about your dreams today would offer you all the ample opportunities of learning from your growth process and ultimately looking back in the near future to realize you had been alive. Those that had waited until they were perfect before they tried anything eventually ended up doing nothing in a lifetime.
Life holds a lot of fantasies for anyone with a creative mindset. As far as creativity is concerned nothing is really odious in life. Creativity itself generates fantasies from its all important play upon ideas, systems of thoughts and the various norms of reasoning.
Anybody with a creative mindset can constantly catch fun by conceiving and defending their personal values. Despite those possibilities, they can usually find the counter arguments that surround their reasoning to be more fun. And that is where life has always played tricks on most people.
For instance, it does make a lot of sense when you thought it would rain because the clouds were lowering. You could go fantasizing around your reasons. Perfect! So what happens when it failed to rain, despite the clouds were dark? Ordinarily, you would feel disappointed. That’s okay!
But, truth is that, the latter can usually generate more curiosity and invariably more fun. In the event of failure, you could go fantasizing around trying to understand why it had failed to rain, despite the clouds were lowering. It is very likely that you are going to catch more fun while struggling to understand why your argument had failed. In other words, the fantasies that you get from successfully predicting the rain can never be as huge as the fun you would receive from understanding a failed prediction and the possible corrections for future applications, where necessary.
Life expectancy hangs on the belief that we can find comfort, strength and hope in the midst of our concerns and fears in uncertain days. This assertion has be validated on the premise of change. To put it in simple terms, change-making has been described by Social Psychologists as a risky endeavour, which has proven to be more risky when it is ignored.
If we have to look at it from this perspective, then I would say that change-making is like being locked up in a dark room where you have to weary yourself to find the door. In ensuring that we are significantly beefing up the effort we are making to relieve ourself of the boredom emanating from the odds, it wouldn't help to whisk away our worries and contend nothing is going wrong.
In most times, when the need to take action arises, you can find people maintaining frame of mind and saying "it doesn't really matter." In actual sense, we must understand that every "it doesn't matter" means a dozen of matters. Now, tell me! Can anyone really find it helpful to relent rather than taking a walk in a dark room to search out the way? I have yet to come round with building such castles in the air. Whereas change-making is as risky as it can be - truth is that - not taking steps towards change has proven to be more risky.
Everything in life answers to divine timing. This is an open secret, but not everybody understands how it works. You might be finding things difficult right now because you are attempting to do the right things at the wrong time.
You would also get the same results when you set out on the wrong course at the right time. The good news is that you wouldn’t be needing so much effort to achieve your desired results, when you act on the right things at the right time.
Truth is that, there are times of day, or even days of the week when our effort tends to deliver more favorably on expectations. The emphasis here is identifying those crucial moments and timing that our responses to events can become more productive. One principle that has worked beautifully well with so many people has been a very simple one. And that is the Pareto Principle.
What is the Pareto Principle? The Pareto Principle – also known as the 80/20 rule and the law of the vital few – states that 80% of the results come from 20% of the causes. The principle was named after Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist who observed in 1906 that 80% of the land was controlled by 20% of the people, and that 20% of the pea pods in his garden produced 80% of the peas.
Now, the Pareto Principle finds itself statistically embedded into virtually everything in life. So, by applying the 80/20 rule, you will need to identify those moments where your effort will deliver more favorably on expectations are the best moments you can take action. And timing your responses around them can help you to optimize your efforts. It can also help to prevent you from wasting your efforts behind events.
As I’m speaking to you right now, you might be wondering that a great work is required to identify those moments where you can optimize your response to events. Yes, true! It does require some work. But, you know what? It is not as difficult as you are looking at it. Now, when you are thinking of the 80/20 chances you have around the events that your are responding to, all you know to do to begin is simple. You will first of all have to define your own individual needs and goals at that moment especially as they relate to what is going on around you.
If you’re a freelancer, for instance, you’re likely looking to make the best use of every minute of your time to accurately engage with the needs and goals of your clients. While you are working towards that, you might also be looking for holes in your schedule to fill with new assignments. In the same way, if you are an employee you will likely be looking to track your schedules in the line of duty. But what happens, when you are faced up with events that surround your personal judgments? You are certainly going to engage in a more critical thinking if you will be able to tune your response favorably.
So, I want to thank you for listening. Hello freinds! Today’s episode is all about VCL Quotes number two which is tagged L&D•Concepts•002, titled, Getting to Know Your Creative Self. It says,
"If you cannot work through your problems; you miss the golden chance of getting to know your creative self."
Life is not a mission impossible neither are challenges a death sentence. As a matter of fact, the challenges that come to us are simply asking for a response from us. They come to us to test our strength, to see if we would give them a chance. If we can understand life this way; we would have come to terms with our inner strength. We would have positioned ourselves to connecting with our hidden energy. That would have given us the clear picture of the power of creativity that we possess and which we may not be aware of.
Just as there are two sides to a coin; you either rule over your challenges or they rule over you. When you shy away from responsibilities; you miss the golden chance of getting to know how how creative you can be. Come on. You don't need to shy away from responsibilities, when you are faced with challenges, and they shouldn't mark the end of the road for you, either. So, here is wisdom! Rather than shifting blames and crying endlessly, you might have to take action. That said, there must be something you can do.
And in the end, whether you succeed at solving the perceived problem or not is not the question. The process is the emphasis here. As a matter of fact, every challenge that you encounter in life is poised to let you see a newer version of yourself. So, you know that when you are thinking of facing up with your challenges, you are getting prepared to take a walk from the known to the unknown. And it is when you arrived at those scenairos that are seemingly unfamiliar - whether palatable or not - that you embrace your newer perspectives of life.

Hello freinds! Today I'm going to talk to you about VCL quotes number one which is tagged L&D•Concepts•001, titled, Find a Problem to Solve. It says,
“Look around for a problem to solve in your neighborhoods, if you hope to add value to your life in today’s society.”
Now, could you imagine a day in which you expected to wake up at 6 am and you found the daylight was not coming up as expected? That would have motivated you to want to do something to help with the unfriendly situation. Could you also imagine the situation where the night has refused to shoot up the day after daylight? That sounds like Science Fiction. Yes, true! Many ideas have actually come from Science Fiction.
It is actually just Science. But beyond the Science experience are the day to day tasks we encounter in our environment challenging our curiosity and desires to make life easy for everyone. Most of the people we celebrate as accomplished entrepreneurs and indigenous brand investors in our society today are actually just people who worked their way to relevance. They are people who solved real problems in a bid to make life better and easier for everyone. And that in turn has made them to become assets to the society.
So, come on! You need to save some energy when you are thinking of striving for recognition. Otherwise, there is a path that leads to relevance that you can walk in, and without even knowing that you are headed to the hall of fame.
Just four things; and you already have the passcodes to walking in that path.
1. Be the first to perceive circumstances that are at odds in you home, your street and your place of work.
2. Don’t wait to be perfect at something before you are thinking of working at it.
3. Once your mind is made up to do a thing - to work through a perceived challenge - don’t bother how people feel about you. Focus is the keyword here.
4. And you must make effort to overcome obstacles that might be set to put you back.
Now, what’s the good news? So many opportunities are waiting out there for you. And in most times, those opportunities are disguised in the challenges that we have all around us. Let me mention 7 for instance:
1. Preventing food shortage: Most of the popular demographics have warned the world could face food shortage sooner than expected. So, working to prevent food shortage can get you on this path.
2. Helping in the fight against unemployment can get you involved. That could start by simply helping people to find jobs that they do not even know exist around them.
3. Showing people some other ways they can do their business, increase sales and shop better and faster.
4. Helping in the fight against juvenile delinquencies to see children grow up more profitably.
5. Mentoring the youth to become more productive socially and economically.
6. Helping people who are physically challenged to live happy and forget about their challenges.
7. Joining in the fight against ignorance by helping to make information available to people as and when they need it.
The list could go on and on. So what are you waiting for? Just look around and you would find real challenges by which you can channel you creative ideas for productivity.
This is where we are going to draw the curtains in today’s episode.
