How being skeptical and distrustful of others and even of yourself blocks all the positive things which could come into your life. For years, I was very certain that being skeptical is such a good thing to be. I thought it prevents me from being cheated on me, from undertaking things which I would regret in the future or from believing and following a guru who wouldn’t do me any good.
Since years I’ve been working on my mindset. Since years I tried to change my state of mind, when I felt frustrated or even depressed. It worked sometimes, but sometimes it took me so long to get out of my negative feelings towards me. Does this resonate with you? If yes, what do you do then?
