Good morning everyone I just wanted to come and let you know I'm on day 2 of this fasting and we going to go through this each day but the next 30 days of how I'm feeling and a little more information on in an intermediate fasting if you don't know about it Google it I think they even have a one-on-one for beginners if you never done it before but I recommend that you talk to your doctor before you even start doing anything like this and again I would think all my subscribers and listeners for sharing my podcast with people and I really am grateful and thankful for that until tomorrow namaste...

Ways to use a paraffin wax without a machine you can use a crock pot or you can use your stove top with a pot that you're not going to use anymore to melt the wax in
You all know I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and numbness in tingling in my hands and I use the wax for that before I actually got my first machine 10 years ago I use a large pot that I wasn't going to cook with anymore and melted my wax in you can buy the wax separately and it come with a little baggies that you wrap your hands and feet in. But before you dip your head or feet into the wax make sure there are clean no oils no dirt under your nails and no dry skin on your feet because you don't want to put that into your wax because your wax is reusable now if you use a crock pot or a pot on the stove you're not going to be able to use it anymore for cooking because the wax will harden in that and that's what you would keep it in and make sure you have a lid to go on it but there will not be any trash or does anything you know to build up on it. Scleroderma pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension
Talk about the echocardiogram and the MRI of the lung and the heart results when I had done the scleroderma have increased and the pulmonary fibrosis is making it much difficult now and he wants to definitely monitor the pulmonary hypertension

Lupus Rash
Skin symptoms are common in people with lupus it affects 70% to 80% of the people who have this condition the first sign is 20% of people with lupus slee is a general system general symptoms are fever headache loss of appetite and weight you also get fatigue with this also alone come with lupus you get muscles joint pains small joints like that hands wrist and osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis and with the skin early skin signs everybody know about the butterfly rash but there are other rashes also you get like red blisters are you get like they look like you have blood clots but they are not blood clots they are rashes they comes and goes and you get them in your mouth like sores also and best thing to do is make sure your vitamin d is up your omega-3 acid and fish oil and turmeric it's good also for that and use plenty of sunscreen when you're out and about and here is the information that I was going to give you about my son so if you would like you can check him out and don't forget I do have subscriptions and they're only monthly and it will really be appreciated if you with join my subscriptions thank you and namaste.... The decision I decided to go with after getting my second and third opinion
Hello everyone thank you all for joining me again I got the results back from the flexibility X-ray and I will be doing the third option after getting a second and third opinion the first option was not an option that was surgery that's what I wanted the second option something I did not want is injections in the neck that's not going to happen and that there is going to physical therapy getting a tangent unit to use on my neck for the nerve pain and I like to thank you all for listening and sharing my podcast and happy June namaste

Update on seeing the surgeon
But I was lucky enough to get in to see the surgeon today he want me to have a CT scan done with contrast because the one that they did was without the contrast and he said he needs a really clear look at the bone that's at the base of my neck and spine so he can know exactly what he's dealing with before he go in and try to repair anything but once I get to CT scan done with the contrast I will definitely come back and let you guys know what we're going to do from there namaste...

Just want to give you all the update on what's going on I am still waiting to get in to see the surgeon we had to request for a new surgeon hopefully this week I should hear something back from them and I got up vaccination coming up for people that have Lupus and I was hoping to have been had the surgery before I have to have this vaccination but vaccination coming up on Wednesday of this week so I'll call my doctor and see shall I wait to have this vaccination or go ahead and have it then wait and how long should I wait after I have the destination to have the surgery and if you want to check out my YouTube videos please call living with five autoimmune deficiency and again thank you all I am so grateful and thankful for all of you all namaste...
