Episode 1: The One Where Lexie Has a Podcast, Shares Her Story With an Eating Disorder, and Brings Hope to Listeners

In this pilot episode, Lexie shares her mental health story surrounding her eating disorder. After being diagnosed at age fifteen, she spent six days in Primary Children's Hospital and the following four months with a feeding tube. Through a complex process of recovery with a specialized therapist, eating disorder dietitian, pediatrician, and support team, Lexie has since reached full recovery. By sharing her story, she desires to shed light on the stigma around mental illness and provide listeners with hope. Lexie is now a motivational speaker, coach, and podcast host.
