The energy of our space matters. Being able to hold the space for someone else to hear is key as a practitioner. The universe gave me a nugget this week…come listen in.

Hi everyone… it is time to get back to it! A what a great day to start…on my birthday.  We take a quick look at numerology and invite you to explore what this year means for you!

Let‘s take this a bit further...which one? Why would that matter? 

We have all done this...where does it apply symbolically in our lives?  Come!!... lets listen in and set an affirmation.

Are you off balance? Are you walking on the edge?  Is there an emotion that may be contributing to this? Well let’s take a look and listen in.

We are moving onward in our discovery of the body. As we did last year we must first do a good grounding movement. What better way than a walk.  It will only take a moment...Come walk with me.

In this episode I will read to you my short story offering to a book collaboration titled ‘Beyond the Mask’. It was edited by Beth Hermes of Pen Dragon Literacy. My first publication as an author.  It is one of many short stories in this anthology - stories inspired by the pandemic. Thanks for listening.

We complete the toes and the energy/meridians in each.  Asking ourselves to listen in and declare a new sense of trust to manifest our goals.

We explore the meridian of the second toe...the stomach!! How does our soul language transform the body.

We are taking a look at our second toe and listening for what the body is trying to relay to us. How do we speak in the world around us.

We are exploring one of our big toe meridians- the spleen! Continuing our journey of listening to the body.
