In this episode Nate and Megan interview Adam Lamb, a successful author, husband, dad and genuinely awesome guy. Adam's book "Better than the Binge" can be found on Amazon and is an amazing account of how he overcame alcohol and lives the best life he can. He operates a clinic that helps men and women optimize their hormones to live healthier and happier.
