Hellloooo! We're halfway through the year, so what better time to review some of them OKRs. In this episode, I'm looking back at the OKRs that I set at the beginning of the year, seeing how they've progressed. Some are doing ok, some aren't 😅. But I think that is value in reflection evaluation as we continue in through the next half of this year.

Burnout is very real and understanding how to navigate it can be hard especially with the initial onset. In this episode, this is very much a reflection on my experience and what I learned from experiencing burnout for the first time.
