Life as we know it is uncertain. We can always predict, and plan, but no one truly knows what life is going to throw at us when we least expect it, hence UNCERTAINTY. With the OODA Loop concept we can learn how to embrace that uncertainty and become more passionate about life, rather than emotional. In this episode I touch on how being emotional can just Lead to becoming irrational, and opens the door to anxiety, and depression.

In the Bible, Mark 11:22-24 God tells us that if we believe that we can move that mountain, that mountain will be moved and cast into the sea. This week's topic is finding your breakthrough. We all struggle to get ahead, and we look to outside sources for either inspiration, or to place the blame on something for us not getting what we want. This week I am going to show you how to get that breakthrough and what you need to do to change your thoughts.
Please share some of your limiting beliefs that you were given as a kid, and growing up, and compare them with what you believe to be true. If they aren't true, they don't serve a purpose, and we must get rid of them, because they are only holding us back and limiting God's power.
This is the first part of my series in Mastering Your Fear. As men we can't let fear over take us because we are just inviting more anxiety into our life. Anxiety leads to depression, and then can lead to us not taking a stand.
