Tim talked about his story and mental health durning Mental health Awareness week last year in Manchester, to help raise awareness. It’s people like Tim who are able to share their stories with us that are helping make a difference. Tim speaks about how journalling had a positive impact on his mental health, and gave him clarity on how he was feeling. An exercise he recommends people try. The more we speak about mental health, the more we will break down the stigmas and fight against suicidal thoughts.

Zac has always been someone who says yes to most things, we talk about how rewarding this can be and how it gets you closer to achieving the things you want in life. 

Zac mantra is to set goals. Having something to aim for, and knowing what you need to do to get there will give you the motivation to get up and work hard each day.

We talk about opening up about your emotions and how important it is to tell people if you're in a bad place.  Lauren speaks about an exercise she did that really helped her - it involved writing down the things you want to let go of, for examples bad habits/her relationship wth food then you setting the list on fire. This exercise helped her let go of certain things.
