Feel the Music

By Rethink Mental Health Incorporated

Feel the Music is a Podcast series that explores mental health topics through the lens of music. Each episode features a different mental health-related song and we interview the artist about their inspiration for writing it and their own experiences with mental health. The Feel the Music Podcast is presented by nonprofit Rethink Mental Health Incorporated as a way to open a dialog about mental health, helps share that it is OK to not be OK, and explore the power of expressing emotions through music.
