Don't Panic During the Pandemic!
Thought we could all use some positivity during this crazy time of uncertainty. I have been doing a lot of healing and work on my mental health and I thought I'd share some tips and things to think about with you guys. It's really easy for our minds to wander to the negative possibility when we're unsure of what's going to happen, but give thinking positively a try. Think about others, take care of yourselves, WASH YOUR HANDS, and stay off social media if it's overwhelming. Because everyone is at home, I've censored this episode so you can listen around the family, and please do. I'm thinking about doing a few more of these during the social distancing period, please let me know if any of this has resonated with you. Lots of love.

A new podcast for a new chapter of my life. I've finished grad school, moved out of London, and have returned back to my small hometown of Harrisburg, PA. In true Peachkka fashion, I'm going to make the most of it and share my time with you all, every frustration, celebration and emotional breakdown that comes my way. And I'll be introducing you to the people in my life here in the States.

For my first episode appropriately titled "Everyone Thinks the Exact Same Way", I thought who better to introduce this side of myself than my best longtime friend Michelle. We talk about our Croatian culture, our childhood and the different transitional periods we're going through in our lives.
