In Episode 2 of Feel the Teal we discuss whether or not there should be a statute of limitations on how long it is okay to say Happy New Year after January 1. We announce the winners of the Beat the AD Challenge. We then talk with Moreno Valley High School's Athletic Director Brad Allcock about life as an Athletic Director during COVID times. On Episode 0.5 of Feel the Teal we take a cursory look at guidelines for youth sports released by the California Department of Public on December 14th. We discuss how it may affect the high school sport seasons (but keep in mind things are changing everyday, and our counties and school districts will be following all health guidance as it is released and assessed). We interview guest coach, Coach Nuner, from Glendora High School about his experiences in two very different CIFSS Championship basketball games and we talk about about how he is attacking this upcoming basketball season in the midst of a pandemic. We find out that if he were a sandwich he'd be a turkey sandwich and that bagging groceries requires some tough skin.
Athletic Director, Justin Remington, introduces himself and talks about the 5 Athletic Department Pillars that are at the forefront of decision making across the Athletic Department.
