Balarama Holness was born in Montreal to a Jamaican father a Quebecois Mother. He moved to an Ashram in West Virginia with his mother when he was 1 year old and lived there with Hindu spirituality. Returned to Montreal when he was 10 years old. Through some struggles integrating into Quebec French society he overcame some obstacles and became a CFL champion as the defensive back in the Montreal Alouettes team. He obtained 5 degrees including a law degree in McGill University. He became a Montreal mayor candidate in 2021 election. He published his memoir book titled "Eyes on the horizon: My journey towards Justice" recently. You can buy the book on Amazon. Monica Hamburg was born in Montreal to her Hungarian parents. She went to New York learning acting following her dream when she was 20 years old. With 99% of actors not reaching the top status she changed her career to comedy. She had her first open MICs in Vancouver and New York. After that he did not continue his soccer career instead he studied hard to catch up with the school. He studied two years in a CEGEP and entered University de Montreal to study pharmaceutical for 4 years. After working as a pharmacist for one year and a half, he recently bought a pharmacie (Proxim Franchise) in La Prairie, Quebec. He is only 24 years old now, working hard, very inspiring for second generation Chinese immigrants. I have known him since he was 12 years old when I played soccer with his father. His father is an early member of our local Chinese soccer team playing in Brossard. His father always brought Kerry and his old brother Kevin to play with us. On the soccer field, I was mostly assigned to defend this young kid, me 31 years old defending him, 12 years old.

Charles immigrated to Canada from China about 10 years ago. He had his first IT job in Montreal and after some time he was not satisfied with a stable job anymore. He founded his own IT company to develop a food delivery APP called PinPin. Even with the success of the APP but the market was not mature or the business management was not good enough, this business did not bring success to him. But he got some really great experience developing his own software. After that he founded an IT training company and made some money. But he realized the training would be limited to Montreal market. Then he was exposed to blockchain technology and he had deep belief in this new technology. He jumped right into it and closed the training company. After several years of ups and downs in this new filed. Kung Fu master Wong has been teaching Choi Li Fut Kung Fu in Montreal for 30 years. He was born in 1967 to a Chinese father and a Quebecoise mother. He speaks French and English but no Chinese. He has no cell phone and totally focuses on Kung Fu. His dedication to Kung Fu is so beautiful and I had the chance to experience the QiGong from him. Choi Li Fut is a kind of very traditional martial art with about 10 million practitioners worldwide. I am really glad to be able to have a long conversion with him. After only 6 months for formal training he was commissioned by Time Magazine to paint for the "Person of the year 2014" runner up Vladimir Putin. This happened when he was only 23 years old. Since the time he had memory as a child he was good at painting and the talent just shows itself for him. He takes several commissions to paint portraits every years.
