Hey everybody we are back with a new R & R episode!  Join us as we discuss street fighter character's that babies might pick, the currently super enjoyable political climate, and Amac's infatuation with Latin American pop singers.  We also enjoy a new segment called "Dimelo" where one of us runs a trivia gauntlet and the others bet on their knowledge!  Tune in for some laid back, relaxed hangs!

While Covid19 may seem like a new and scary thing it is far from the first Pandemic this world has seen.  Join us as we break down the biggest and nastiest death machine of them all, the Black Death.  We will be traveling back to the 14th century for this battle against fleas, fear, and the unknown.  Settle in as we break down the cause, the symptoms, and the consequences of the plague that consumed almost a third of the world's population.

Join us as we travel to a galaxy far far away and enter the Star Wars Universe!  Our battle takes place on the icy tundra of the planet Hoth where the Rebel Alliance has established their new secret refuge, Echo Base.  After the destruction of the Death Star 3.5 years ago, Darth Vader and the Galactic Empire have been on the hunt to rout out the Rebels and end their insurrection.  This all comes to a head at the Battle of Echo Base!  Tune in for a more in depth look at the battle, the tactics by both sides, and the weapons/equipment used!  Will Darth Vader and his personal fleet, The Death Squadron, be able to capture Luke Skywalker and end the Rebellion once and for all or will the Rebels live to fight another day?  

Hey Everybody!  Due to the Corona Virus we will be doing our next several episodes remotely.  We decided to postpone the Battle of Hoth a few days and do another R+R episode to test our audio quality and catch up.  In this episode we talk about video games, movies, and what you plan to wipe your ass with.  Tune in for a nice light distraction from the craziness of the world right now.  The Battle of Hoth to come soon!

This week we cover one of the most legendary last stands in all history, Thermopylae.  Xerxes and his colossal horde march on Greece to conquer and enslave.  Leonidas and his 300 Spartans lead a Greek force in the defense of the narrow pass of Thermopylae or the "Hot Gates".  Join us as we discuss the history, tactics, and "man love" that played a role in this bloody battle.

On this week's episode we are breaking down the Battle of Helm's Deep from J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings".  It's Big Papa Saruman and his army of Uruk-Hai mouth breathers vs King Theoden and the horse jockeys of Rohan!  Theoden and the forces of good have holed up in their impenetrable stone fortress of Helm's Deep.  Saruman has just unleashed his army of 10,000 Uruk-Hai with some fun new siege toys.  Tune in to hear how it all shakes out!

For our first battle we are traveling behind the Iron Curtain to 1942 Russia where we will discuss one of the most significant battles of the modern era.  Stalingrad.  Hitler and his Nazi war dogs are burning their way across Mother Russia and now their sights are set on Stalin's namesake city.  Join us as we dive into the cellars and alleyways of one of the bloodiest battlefields in history. 

You'll laugh, you'll cry, you might turn it off, but you'll definitely learn why the Russian people are not to be messed with.
