We’re both recovering this week from our own body cleanses. What this week taught us was take care of yourself. Easier said than done (trust us we know!), and unfortunately sometimes our body goes to extreme measures to tell us to slow down. How are you going to take care of yourself this week?

As we mark the official, unofficial end of summer we are looking back at how weird this summer actually was and how we made the best of un-summer. What were your favorite memories? The last few months have been proof that no one can control the sh*t life throws at them, but somehow we make our way through it. It’s that time of year again! How often do you purge all the sh*t in your house? If we could have a dumpster and go throw away all the things we probably would. But instead we are sorting and scrubbing our way through our houses on this never ending journey to organize all the things. The last day of February is always Rare Disease Day because it is the rarest day of the year. For reasons very dear to us, we are raising awareness for the 300 million people around the world living with a rare disease.

In honor of Heart Health Month, we’re talking about the things people don’t want to bring up. Tune in for tips on staying heart healthy, warning signs and things that will make you say WTF?! Oh and Happy Valentine’s Day!

A new theater season kicked off for us and we’re talking about The Prom, and murder mysteries, and cold season, and bad drivers, and food. Basically we’ve got it all!

We’re back but still a hot mess. Hot aboard for an update on where we’ve been the last 5 million years since our last show and what to look forward to in upcoming weeks.

Meal planning sucks. Yeah we said it. We know we need to do it and sometimes it’s amazing, but most times it doesn’t work. To make a hard task even harder, we now have the added challenge of increasing grocery costs and shortages of things we used to buy. So while we know how we should eat, we’re more and more restricted to just what we can afford which isn’t always the best choice. What are your best meal planning tips? We could use all the help we can get. TikTok videos need not apply due to their awesome yet impractical content.

It’s been a day, a week, a month, a life! We have a lot to unpack in our little bit of time together this week. Like with so much focus on gender and sexuality we are still missing out on those who are otherwise abled. Disabilities are known, yet not discussed or accepted as other human rights and issues. It’s 2022, and the lack of awareness and acceptance is simply unacceptable.

Ready or not it’s Easter time. This week we’re preparing for brunch, dinner, egg hunts, egg dye, Peep pancakes and houses. Despite stresses life throws at us all the time, we’re ready to enjoy time with family and friends.

It’s about time we can talk about a good musical! We’re discussing My Fair Lady the musical and lots of other things this week. And Foust needs all the tips you can share about ingrown hairs. Meanwhile, Fick hates spring.

We’re due for another episode of all those things that really tick off all of us. Broken heat. Responsible eaters. Taxes. Roombas. What’s on your list these days?

Another night at the theater and we aren’t really sure what that was. Pro tip: If you’re planning on seeing a classic musical and hear the word “reimagined” just turn around and run away. This one was so bad. Sorry, not sorry for this review.

This is not a resolution, it’s life. We don’t know wtf happened but it’s February and we’re still trying to find our way. And we need new workout ideas so send them our way.

As we approach two years since this pandemic started, we’re highlighting how it has affected us from the beginning to now. And how the constant change of rules leads to confusion and how it’s affecting our kids. What happens when you follow all the rules and then the rules change? We’re all suffering for different reasons and we need to learn to get along cuz this sh*t isn’t going away.

Remember the olden days of social media with play-by-play updates of what you were doing and connecting with long lost relatives? What happened to playful jokes, kindness, posting on walls? This week we’re talking about changes in social media platforms, how much it’s changed since we started using it and those adorable puppy reels!
