When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as dopamine and endorphin in your brain that make you feel happy. So when you're exercising it helps your brain get rid of chemicals that make you feel stressed out and anxious. It also relieves stress, improves memory. Helps you sleep better at night and boosts your overall mood. And the most important tool is always making time for yourself, meditation.
