We are learning about the Chinese style of leadership from Shanghai based mentor, Founder and Leader - Mr Fisher Yu. MentoringCo is a global mentoring services provider and Mr Fisher has been in the mentoring industry for the past 11 years. He started his career as an auditor, then held different Finance Director or CFO positions in various multinational companies. He is the founder of CFO-Mentor volunteer platform which has over 10,000 CFOs around the world. He is also the deputy secretary for World Accounting Forum and has over 5000 hours of mentoring experience. Mr Fisher is also the first person to introduce European Mentoring and Coaching Council to China.

Brisbane based humanitarian, engineer and international leader, Gavin Blakey OAM is passionate about helping people reaching their full potential. He is the Chair of Board, Engineers Without Borders, Australia; past international President and Chairman of Board, Toastmasters International; a capacity builder, workplace coach and mentor for young professionals; global leader and speaker. He has an exemplary international work experience with world class experts in their field in the UK, Taiwan, Cambodia, Vietnam and of course, Australia. 

Gavin's main team works in Brisbane's strategic asset management portfolio ensuring that the city's people are provided with best possible infrastructure. When he has time, Gavin loves to collect medals, such as Order Of Australia (OAM) for worldwide services to the community, National Emergency Medal for significant contributions to managing the response to the devastating floods in Brisbane in 2011.
