Karen is from the Bundjalung nation in northern NSW and is the CEO of Reconciliation Australia. Over the course of her career, she has been instrumental in some of Australia’s watershed national events including the apology to the Stolen Generations, Corroboree 2000, and the 1997 Australian Reconciliation Convention.

This episode covers how to build a lasting and meaningful relationship with the Aboriginal community, what best practice looks like when it comes to reconciliation from corporate Australia, and what is needed to see systemic changes in our society.
